I was pleasantly surprised to patronize a coffee shop that wasn't distinctly eurocentric. I ordered the shops's coconut cold brew and was very impressed. I also had a sample of their ginger and hibiscus drinks, which were both delicious. The owners are friendly and enthusiastic about talking about their products and how they source them. I'll definely be returning and the addition of a coffee shop in the Black Business Hub insentivizes me to meet with more clients in the beautiful atrium space.

Best coffee in the state bar none. For those of you that aren’t coffee snobs it’s good to know either way that Jamaican blue Mountain is by far the best coffee in the entire world. The beautiful thing about this family run barista is the roast very small consistent batches of this wonderful coffee. The moral of the story is come here for your coffee. It is entirely mind blowing, and the food and atmosphere is wonderful.

Absolutely wonderful, spontaneous find! The staff were amazing and polite, with great suggestions and explanations. I can tell they are both knowledgeable and passionate about what they do! The jerk chicken and fries were dynamite and my latte was an absolute creamy perfection. But, I must say, the best of all was the affogato: gelato with espresso poured over. It is my new favorite treat!!

Visited for the first time today. This shop specializes in Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee, which is prized for a smooth and low acid taste, with relatively lower caffeine than other beans.

The coconut oat coldbrew and the drip coffee use Blue Mountain beans. Both are delicious! The coldbrew is great for people that like flavored iced lattes. The drip is great for people that want to taste the beans' flavor unadulterated.

At Jamaican coffee shops and coffee farms, I have always seen Blue Mountain coffee brewed only in drip form, so this cafe is authentic to that. Rasta Barista also has espresso drinks that I believe use other beans.

The coconut drops are also worth a try for a unique Jamaican treat- homemade candy made of coconut, peanuts, and ginger in spiced sugar glaze. The cafe also serves other food (eg jerk chicken wings) which I will come back to try!

Overall, I really enjoyed the coffee/food and the ambience, and very convenient for those working in the Hub or waiting at the...

Rasta is a warm and welcoming spot with delights for all. You want a Personal Pizza- done. You want a taste of the Islands for coffee or dessert- done. It’s become a space to gather and they’ve done a great job with the space and how they pull in Community.

As a tenant in the building, we love having Rasta for all our delights. Its also brought the Community in and has also brought people together in the building now too, even so early on. Owners Mel & Sei Kidau are amazing and intentional and truly care about the...
