A few friends and I did a sound bathing experience with Earthly Temptations, and it was AMAZING. Sarah started out offering us hibiscus tea in her serene space as we listened to soothing music. We each used one of her zero gravity chairs to sink into being present. She led us expertly and gently through a chakra meditation and then played sound bowls with grace and care.
