First time renting a machine from Fabick and overall I’m very happy with the experience. While I had some issues with the original sales rep on my account, Joe Ott stepped in and took care of everything. I felt like I had been overcharged for a rental, and Joe came in and made it right, refunding me MORE than the amount in question. They were easy to work with and coordinate (unlike sunbelt), had reasonable rental and delivery rates, and have top notch equipment. Because the machine I wanted was not available, they gave me a FREE upgrade to the next size up. This business obviously cares about its customers, and is a place that deserves your business.
