Me and my family have always order from this dominos pizza location. Service have always been great pizza as been on time, correct order and hot until today. The girl that answer the phone super rude did not even want mention what were the specials nor ask my name. Anyhow we order our pizza because we celebrating my sons graduation and she said it would be 40min if we really still wantrd to order pizza. Since service had always been great and we love their pizza we continue the order. Waited 40min got to the new gammon location to find out she did not had the pizza ready. I mention to her the topic she said i have no order near to that. I was very upset by now since she had an attitude to top it up. I ask if i could get a diacount for a new order since its been by now over an hr she said nah u can either order your food or not but i am not given you any discount because i dont have any others. We found out she goes by kate because a delivery guy came in and ask to open the door. He ask what was the issue and my husband explain he looked at all the backed up order she had and surprise ours was at the bottome which dont surprise me since she had us waiting for an hr now. He apologize and offer us a small soda. I left my husband in the store since we had to buy the pizza bc my sons group of friends were waiting as well. But this is deff. My last time i order for dominos. Read moreIf I could give zero starts I would have... The manager Cat has given me the absolute worst service that I have ever received. I was dissatisfied with my delivery (my order was not delivered because I was unavailable to answer my phone, my fault I know) and she told me my options were I could have the order sent back to me for a second time or canceled in which case I could have my money returned in 3-5 business days. When I told her I did not want to pay $30 for cold pizza she said those were my only options. I told her if that is the case I would like to speak with her manager. She said she was the manager and didn’t need to tell me her name, phone number, position, or address... which does not make sense because I did not ask for any of those things. When I called back later on to civilly discuss a way to rectify my dissatisfaction she was abrasive and terribly aggressive again. Telling me all of the things I did wrong. Read moreSo, I came back to this location after six years of disappointment from them after trying to get Little Caesars but there was an hour long line...so Dominos got my money. Nothing has changed in six years. Garbage toppings, we ordered extra sauce and cheese and they decided to not do either of those, as if they couldn't be bothered to put in a couple seconds of extra work. The actual toppings which was pepperoni and steak were an absolute joke, counted nine pepperonis, and seven pieces of steak.
We also got mango habanero wings and they were complete trash. Tiny, almost no sauce. Just do yourself a favor if you have to order pizza in this area, go somewhere else...or grab yourself a $5 frozen pizza which would have more toppings, cheese, and sauce with comparable flavor.
