Little Caesars Pizza (700 S Gammon Rd, Madison, WI 53719) is a good pizza place. Carry-out chain featuring chicken wings, signature bread sticks & pizza tossed from house made dough. The quality of their pizza is good. The food is always fresh and we'll presented. The store is very clean with excellent lighting. The staff are friendly and are very attentive to customer needs. No bathrooms but this is a carry out place so no bathroom is expected.
The only issue I have with Little Caesars overall is that the advertise their ready made carry out large pizza for $5.00 on their commercials for year but this price is not available at the stores in Wisconsin, including this store. This store and others charge $5.99 instead of the $5.00 in the commercials. I contacted Little Caesars on the web page and they told me that they can't control if their franchises charge more than the commercials which apply to all franchise stores. This is plain and simply false advertisement at its best since all franchise establishment are bound by brand commercials and advertised prices. It is only $.99, which is nothing, but it is the principle that if they advertise something they should live up to it. They are definitely doing this on purpose as like I said no stores in Wisconsin charge the $5 but charge $5.99.
Would have given them more in the star rating since they have good pizza and quality but price deception does not deserve more. Bad for reputation as they lost me as a customer due to deceptive...
Read moreThis location on Gammon is constantly changing their hours so itâs seemingly random as to when theyâre actually open. Wanted a pizza last Friday night at 9:20 on my way home from work - online says open until 10. Got there and they were closed. Who actually wants pizza on a Friday after 9 anyway? Another previous time their online ordering system said I could order a pizza to be picked up at 9:30. Went through the process, paid, and when I got to the store it was closed. Sign right on the front door says open until 10. Someone was still there though and when I showed her my email receipt for the online order she did give me a certificate for a free pizza, so thatâs something. Long story short, donât trust the hours listed online or even on their own front door because the employees donât seem to abide by them. Oh, and they never ever flip the big âopenâ sign in the front window to âclosedâ so if you see it driving by you may get fooled into stopping and thinking theyâre actually open. If you do manage to successfully get a pizza here it is about what youâd expect for a $6 pizza, hence the bump up from a one to two...
Read moreNormally this place is pretty good when i order for pickup. By the time i get there my pizza is usually already in the pizza portal waiting for me. But tonight was really bad. The staff up front, cutting and boxing pizzas was extremely rude to me and the other customers. Refusing to ask anyone if they needed help and if anyone, me included, went up to ask if their order is ready he would point them to the pizza portal and tell them "if its not in there then its not ready yet." Yet i kept staring at the 3 pizza boxes above his station giving him the benefit of the doubt. After waiting 30 more minutes past the time when the app had already marked my pizza as ready to pick up, a different more competent employee came up and asked everyone how he could help. And lo and behold, when it came my turn the competent man grabbed the three boxes that I have been staring at the whole time...Cold hard pizza....Definitely avoiding this place...
