Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Madison

I ordered pizza online at 7:40pm. The manager from Little Caesars texted me and asked how long will it take for us to get there bc they are closed. I texted back and said my husband was on his way, about 7 minutes. The manager texted back "Ok". My husband got there at 8:10pm, the manager said they didn't make the pizzas because they close at 8:00pm which their website says 9:00pm closing as advertised. Reminder that the manager had texted me about my pizzas and NEVER said she needed to cancel my order. She supposedly said she will refund my money but I'll find out in 3 days. She didn't give my husband a receipt for a refund. And yes, you do get receipts for refunds. I get them in email form or paper at Walmart, Amazon, Verizon, etc. She was extremely rude and kicked my husband out when he asked for a refund receipt. She cussed at my husband in front of my 8-year-old daughter which is actually against the law in GA and cost a fine up to $1000.00. I ordered ahead on the app. Pickup time was 7:38 PM. I get there at 7:45. No pizza. They weren't even aware that we had placed an online order. After checking they apologized and said new pickup time was 8:15. Went back at 8:15 they said they still didn't have the order. I didn't understand because before we left they told us it came through and would be ready by 8:15.

I asked if they could at least discount since it would be 9PM before we could get the pizza we ordered at 7:15. Plus 3 trips to the pizza place.

Manager was cheap and rude and said we would not be getting any type of discount. There was "nothing he could do" but throw in some 2 dollar crazy bread that we DONT EAT!!

PROBLEMS EVERY TIME IM IN THIS LOCATION SO I TRIED THE APP AND WAS STILL A FAIL.

The owner had a deaf girl working all by herself on a Friday night and another weekend we went in there to a different girl yet again, working alone. The girl was crying and having a panic attack and was saying how her manager always does this to her.

The management is total garbage and I won't spend another penny...

My cheese bread was so old it's around 7:30pm I bet it's been sitting in the hot box since lunch.aka used to work at pizza parlor l think I would no.oh did forget l was a cook.sooooo.l think you no you should have thrown it away......,came back didn't order the chz sticks.but there trying to get better food was fresher now.so my stars go up.good job keep up those fresh 🍕...went back one asst.manger running the hole place named Tandy was working great super nice my pizza is fresher than ever and great looking,gave my kids free cookies 😀and was still busting out new fresh hot in ready pizza right out of the oven who ever hired this woman needs to give her a.
