If I could give a half of a star I would! Today, I had a horrible experience with Subway #34397. I work at a business where we order lunches in bulk. In this case, I had 8 co-workers who wanted Subway #34397 and 6 placed an order through me. At Subway #34397, I waited 20 minutes in line which was no big deal because it was lunch rush time. I first noticed that the lady in front of me started her order then walked out due to flies touching her food. I proceeded to the counter and began by stating I have 6 sandwiches. The MANAGER states "I can't do 6 sandwiches. That's a platter". To get clarity, I said "So I cannot make 6 sandwiches and pay for them?" The MANAGER says "no, we can only make them if they are done online." I move to get out of line and waited for the clerk to get finished checking out a customer so I could get my other 2 co-workers online orders. While I am waiting, the manager says "what do you need?" I state that I am waiting on the clerk. She says "I'm the manager, you can talk to me". I told her that I was here to pick up 2 other sandwiches. I got those sandwiches and left.
Busy or not, you NEVER tell a customer that you can't make sandwiches when that is your job. I asked what do you do if there's a family of 7 or more? (which no one answered) Is there a policy or a sign stating that the workers cannot make more than 5 sandwiches at a time? The manager at this establishment was disrespectful, rude, and lacks good customer service; she handled this case poorly. The manager needs more training on quality customer service. Read moreSave your time and money. Don't eat here! I was first in line with a $6.99 any footlong coupon (except for the beast). I kept it simple with a footlong turkey. It took two guys 20 minutes to make only one sandwich and repeating myself multiple times. Also they were very stingy with the veggie and meat portions. I worked at a subway when I was younger for two years and these workers/owners were wrong through and through. Already alittle aggravated with the service, I finally made it to pay for my sandwich. I showed him my coupon and wanted the sandwich only. Took 10 more minutes ringing me up and my total came up to $11.35. I told em that the total was wrong. He said it wasn't. So I left the sandwich on the counter and started walking out. He told me "you have to pay for your sandwich". That's where he was wrong again lol.. gotta be the worst...

Cause beth is a hard worker who really enjoy put smiles on people faces n a know how make a sammchies. Anit no need to complain when u know u get ur sammchies right.
