My husband and I purchased our dining room table, “Italian leather” couch and recliner, with tables from Farmers in 2021. We also purchased insurance for our living room suite, but unfortunately that was money wasted. I called the store and emailed pictures regarding my concerns about my couch coming apart at the seams. However, the “new manager” took my situation from bad to worse, by not addressing the issue at hand. One month later and she still hasn’t called me to address this issue. I’ll not purchase another item from Farmers.
11/10/2024 UPDATE Customer Service “appeared” to be concerned about this situation, but unfortunately, three months later and they still haven’t replied back to my emails. I’m still paying for my “pleather” furniture and overpriced dining room table, never missing a payment, but FARMERS FURNITURE is avoiding doing the right thing and “ghosting” the issue at hand.
