I want to start this review by saying none of this is dramatized.
The service is PERFECT. They are always kind greeting you when you walk in the door there’s never a phone in sight. They are sure to pay attention to you and all your needs when a mistake is made ( Which is very rare might I add) They are quick to correct it and are very efficient at doing so. I had spilled a very full drink and they assured me it was OK and we’re very kind in cleaning it up for me. The bathrooms are very pristine. I could eat off of that floor and wood feel cleaner going to eat in any of the fast food restaurants around here. The food is wonderful. I have never had something I did not like. **4-10-25 Been back several times. All bugs, from what I ordered, have been worked out. Not sure about the over cooked beef, usually get the chicken bird. Atmosphere, friendliness and service have vastly improved.
*disclaimer: this is the 2nd day they are open Nice new place, clean friendly. Sauces are by the coke machine. Ordered the Steak and Chicken for lunch cooked medium. The steak and chicken were way past well done. Both were tough and dry. But, there was a pretty good crowd, so I can see how things were over cooked. I placed a to go order and it was ready and hot when I got it. However, I am not sure this place knows what seasoning food is. The rice has absolutely no flavor. The steak even though was ordered medium rare was over well done and seasonless as well. The shrimp was ok. The only reason it had some flavor is from the flattop sear. The “yumyum” sauce is basically straight mayonnaise. After doctoring it all up at home with some good seasonings it was ok. Not sure if I’ll return.
