Pay attention to the reviews!! I saw them before I went & thought "how bad could the service be @ 3pm on a Wednesday??".. well they proved me wrong smh.. I still had lowish expectations but the service I received fell far below what I expected. When I came in the place was pretty much empty.. maybe 3 other customers. I stood at the hostess stand for a sec but when no one came I walked towards back (no big deal.. Wednesday afternoon so not a lot of attention paid to the door is expected) However.. as I walked to the back I passed 2 employees on ph who looked at me but never offered any assistance. I stood for a minute assessing the scenery to see whose job it was to help me. After about 3 mins (which in waiting in a empty restaurant with employees right there is a long time!) a lady behind a little barrier on ph asked had I been helped. I told her no & she continued her call which seemed to be a takeout order so no big deal towards her.. once she finished she asked someone to help me (the 2 people on ph continued their convos smh).. after sitting for abt 10 mins one of the ph call ladies.. Marina.. came to table with an extremely dry attitude & asked my drink order. But of course by that time I had a couple of questions then knew what I wanted to eat & drink which seemed to annoy her (have NO clue why me knowing what I wanted bothered her).. needless to say her attitude was the same throughout the experience. She never once came to my table to see if I needed anything & when I flagged her down the one time I did she seemed like she was super annoyed I did. Once I finish I flagged her down again to ask for check & that was literally the only time she faked a smile when she brought it. She must have assumed that was all she needed to do to receive a tip but she was sadly mistaken. And let me be clear.. I work in a service based tip based industry so it bothers me not to tip!! HOWEVER I go out of my way to make my clients feel like their experience is important to me so I DO NOT tip people who behave how she did.. she has a horrible attitude & needs to be in the back cooking or washing dishes if she can't even pretend to care about your customers.. that was my first & definitely my last time supporting...

I had the opportunity to work in the area and wanted to try this restaurant. I'm also on the keto diet and was looking for a dish on the menu that fit this diet. The restaurant site had no published menu to look at nor any other way to look at the menu except for a photo of it on the Google site for this restaurant in the review section. The dish that looked like it was the most keto friendly was the section of the menu photo entitled Bowls beneath the Salad section.

First, the restaurant seems to not have a reliable phone/landline and kept going to voicemail after ringing 5 times when I tried to order. I had to keep dialing like 10 times and someone finally answered. When I tried to order the Steak Bowl, the employee insisted several times that they don't have a "bowl" option. I told the employee that I was looking at a photo of the menu. She said they only have salads. Not getting anywhere with the employee I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was put on hold, and waited and waited and waited until finally the call was disconnected. I tried to call the restaurant again and the phone kept ringing about five times, going to voicemail, voicemail was full so I called about 20 times, the same result.

Evidently this restaurant has enough business, doesn't want allow people to have a menu on their restaurant site to order from, and doesn't want to increase their exposure. Since I went to a greater amount of trouble to eat here than employees putting a positive face on increasing their customer base I will never set foot in this restaurant and urge others not to...

Went in on a Tuesday night and yes they were busy but the non service that was received was absolutely horrible. After being seated my group, which was 2 adults and 1 child, sat for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting for our server to show to the table to take our drink order and greet us. This did not happen, while I was looking around I caught the hostess eye and she came back by the table. She offered to get our drinks but when explained that we were ready to order food too, she attitude and eye roll was less than impressive. However, she did take our order and bring out our drinks. The next 20 minutes waiting for food was done and still no sign of our server. Food arrived and ate and still no server. After a total of over an hour from being sat to finishing our food the server never showed, no drink refills, no checking if our food was correct and good. I had to then go up to the host stand and explain that had no server and was ready to pay and go. No manager came by to see what had happened can only guess to how this establishment is ran. Definitely would not recommend, don't waste your time...
