My family of 3 have been giving our service to this Marco’s at least one day a week for over a year now. They have always delivered to us with no problems and always have our exact order here in a timely manner. Due to family issues and work schedules for the last 3 weeks we have ordered from this place 2-3 evenings a week. Suddenly, after over a year of delivering to us I call to place our order this afternoon and get some young boy on the phone who was not at all professional in how he spoke to or treated me. He kept putting me on hold...we’ve been in the delivery system under my cell number our last name Houston and our address for almost 2 years now and everyone immediately pulls us up. He proceeds to tell me I’m out of delivery range now they don’t deliver to my address and proceed to tell him we’ve been ordering deliveries from this place for almost two years. He gets all huffy puts me on hold again and says it’s gonna be at least an hour since you are out of our delivery range what do you want just as quick, curt and smart as he could be. We have told our neighbors here on Mooresville road about Marcos on County Line delivering here so much that we see Marco delivery cars on our road multiple times a day. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a customer service person taking my order as much as we do business here and I always give good reviews but felt this needed attention brought to it. The young boy was very rude and unprofessional with me, tried rushing me to place my order and I didn’t even get to remind him that we paid for several cups of garlic butter over our last 4 deliveries and we only received our garlic butter once. So I’m pretty sure our order will have no garlic butter and we will be paying for it. I’d understand if our orders for delivery were only 10 or 11 bucks but we never spend less than 30 bucks when we order and we always tip the driver well. Our order today was 38$ and some change and we will give them 45$ as always. But this needs to be addressed to whomever the young man is taking delivery orders on Friday December 28, 2018 at 3:30pm and the computers will show our family has been faithful customers for almost 2 years now so I feel this was not right. Read moreTerrible customer service. I ordered a pizza at 5:34pm for delivery. It was ready at 5:45pm. At 6:35pm I called them telling them I had not received the pizza. It sounded like I was disconnected, so I hung up and called back at 6:39pm. The person on the phone apologized and said they were short drivers. I told them I wanted a fresh pizza, since that one has been sitting around for an hour. He assured me he would make sure it was fresh. At 6:44pm I was notified my order was on it's way and the pizza was delivered at 6:54pm. The order was luke warm/room temperature. Here are my issues: 1. They lied. They told me the pizza would be fresh. They did not make another pizza (you can not make and cook a pizza in 5 min). 2. They served me a pizza that had been sitting around for 1 hr. 3. The order was lukewarm/room temperature. 4. If they were short drivers, when they received a delivery order why didn't they contact the customer of a potential delay or wait to cook the order under when they knew the drivers were available? 5. When the order was sitting around with no driver, why didn't they contact me to potentially come get the order? Read moreWhat we thought would be a great delivery for the kids on a busy night during the holidays turned out to be pure tragedy, unfortunately This location has food poisoned everyone who ate the pizza that night hours of vomiting the next day after consuming the cheese pizza and being diagnosed with food poisoning, the store was contacted they did not care at all. We did not want any reimbursement of any kind nor any money back . Simply just wanted to make the store aware. Unfortunately this store seems to have new owners or be privately owned im not sure but it is not safe to eat from as of 12/30/22, please be safe ordering from this specific location, they were made aware of the situation and stated that they would check their products but was not empathetic whatsoever nor did they take the situation seriously. Food poisoning is very dangerous and should be treated as such the health department also has been made aware.
