McDonald's — Restaurant in Madison

Horrible service & very dirty!

First time to this location and very unhappy. I could go to the one closest to my house. BIG MISTAKE! When I walked in all tables were dirty, food and trash in the floors. And even the play area . I asked the cashier if I could have the tables wiped and she did. That is all she did, even after I pointed it out. She just said oh yes it's been like that for a while, no one has came to clean , I'm sorry. She did not return to sweep! My kids are eating there Mcflurry and of course they were barefoot because the rule is to them off if your going to play inside the play area and of course kids are not going to ho back topur shoes on to them come sit down. I wasn't going to just sit there with a messy floor. It's gross! So I go and tell same lady . I hope you don't mind if I borrow your broom and dust pan. She is surprised , then says "Oh I can get that for you", I say" No it's ok, I got it" Why would she then say that after she saw it and did not do anything then. So after a while I return it the manger sees me, "Oh we could have gotten that for you" she says, "Well I did mention it, so I just had to do it myself" I said. All she she says" ok" Seriously!!! I return to table and after a while I ask for a water cup, same lady and after everything she still had the nervew to say it's .27 cents!!! Wow!!!! Did I buy it??? Of course not!!! It's not about the money, it's about the service. The least she could have done is give it to me and then explain to manager why she didn't charge me. Wich needs no explantion since she did see me. I work in customer service and by far the worst I have came across!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT AND I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN!! Update.. I wanted to give this another shot and when I say wanted I mean I'm kind of didn't have a choice. And it was an absolutely horrible ... So I'm upping it from 1 🌟

It's one thing to wait 20 minutes for your order to come up when there's only 4 orders ahead of you and your food is hot and fresh. It's completely another when your food comes up cold and very old tasting, you might ask "how do I know if it was old?" Well in the 20 minutes I was there staring at them waiting for my food I did not see one Burger being cooked, but I saw the drawer where they were pulling them from, also another batch of fries with definitely not made in 20 MINUTES. Why did it take 20 MINUTES for 4 orders + drive thru? I was in there for 20 minutes watching three guys move as slow as possible looking like they hate their life and not caring about quality or service. Then once I got my cold disgusting food, the eat-in area had no ketchup or napkins, which then it took an additional three minutes before they would even recognize my presence to hand me something. This was my first time at this McDonald's and now the last time. Next time I'm over on this side of town and I want some fast food I will be heading over to Dairy Queen, which is two buildings over from...

I placed my order on the Mcdonalds app at around 9:05, and pulled up to mcdonalds at around 9:10. I got out of my car thinking the inside was open but the doors were locked and I was unable to enter. So I asked a staff member who walked outside if the inside was closed, he answered yes and I said ok. Then I went back to my car and attempted to call the restaurant twice ti see how i should pick up my order since the line was a little longer than I had thought. I waited in the line for about 30 minutes, THEN once i pulled up to the speaker I informed them that I had an online order and I was coming to pick it up. All he said was hold on and never came back to the mic. I waited another 20 minutes after seeing at least 3-4 other cars get their orders taken and the guy still not come back to me. I pulled up to the window and they had told me that they didn't even have my receipt. Absolutely ridiculous!! I was there for an hour and only received my food after having to show the worker my receipt and then tell him a second time what i had ordered. It was ridiculous SLOW and UNBEARABLE.
