Dine at your own risk
I eally don't like giving negative reviews. But in this case I feel I have no choice.
We attended a wedding in Ohio last weekend and got in late the first night, so we were forced to eat alone instead of with our friends. Since we love sushi and eat it regularly on the East Coast, We decided to try this place out.
We ordered salad which was nice and fresh, and two rolls. The rolls were smelly and made with spoiled fish. I swallowed one and tried a couple of more pieces and ended up spitting them out onto the plate.
We wrote it off to bad luck paid our bill, and flew home on saturday. Saturday night I came down with food poisoning and I've been sick with it this entire week.
You may ask how do I know it was the sushi? Every other meal was eatien with our friends and other guests either at the hotel or the wedding venue. That was the only outside restaurant that we went to and we are the only ones that got sick.
As for the spicy tuna roll: it wasn't which the typical whole tuna topped with spicy mayonnaise. It was some sort of tuna and mayonnaise ground into mush and wrapped in rice. Still couldn't hide the horrible smell and...

Everyone at our table (my son, my daughter, and her fiance, and I) were so impressed with everything we ordered. I had the Mango Mango Roll, which was more than I expected. The crab was so tender and sweet (lots of it too), and the mango sauce was just nice--tasted like mango, nice and light, and not syrupy sweet. I enjoyed this lunch immensely with a glass of green tea on ice. My son loved his Magnolia Roll, which offered a great presentation on his plate. My daughter had the Valentime Roll; I have never seen something so lovely! She relished every bite. Her fiance had a sashimi plate with a Willoughby Roll. He remarked twice that he hadn't had food like this in years.
Our service was impeccable! Our server smiled and greeted us the minute we opened the door. We wanted for nothing at our table.
The place is cozy inside, with lots of booths, hanging lamps, and cool music. This sushi house is a destination place...
Read moreMe and my mom just stopped for lunch and it was her first time there so I was excited to show her my favorite sushi spot. I ordered sushi and she got the teriyaki chicken. When it got to our table hers turned out to be beef (extremely undercooked beef at that) and i politely asked the waitress to exchange it for the chicken instead. The waitress proceeded to tell us we were wrong and that we ordered the beef. She refused to change it and kept arguing that she was right and we were wrong. At this poit we just wanted to leave so we asked for the bill and a box for my sushi. She came back with one box but charged us for both the sushi and the beef that we didn't order or eat. I understand if she were to charge us if we had eaten any of it but we did not. We asked her to please correct the bill and then we paid and walked out. I have always loved it here but this waitress was completely...
