I don't normally review but this experience really bugged me. I've driven by this s.k. several times since it opened and stopped in once before and the girls were really nice so i decided to stop friday night. It was about 8:30 when placed my order then pulled up to the window and i sat and sat and sat some more, with no one acknowledging me at all. While i was still waiting i though about just leaving since they obviously didn't want my money. The 3 employees I could see were focused on cleaning and I get it it's the end of the night and you want to go home but you still have to provide good customer service. All it takes is just 3, 4 seconds to say "Hi your drink will be just a moment let me go ahead and run your card." When the boy finally did open the window there was no greeting, not a trace of a smile he just told me the amount and took my card. Then when he came back, again with a completely blank expression on his face, he gave me my card and drink then said in a bored tone "have a nice night" as he closed the window. What the heck about that experience would make me ever want to go back to this location. Yes you come for the smoothies but you keep coming back because of the service. If the employees are friendly your gonna come back even if it's a little out of your way. I have never had a problem with the s.k. on university, they always greet you with a smile and seem happy to see you. Read moreI've supported this business for 4 years through their growing pains as it appears that every few months they have a change in staff and the services and quality in the smoothies decline. I try to work with the staff and management on the premises and have only reached out to the owner Betsy 3 times in the 4 years of dealing with this business. A few weeks ago as usual I decided to stop by the business on an evening. There were new staff members and as I expected, the smoothie I ordered taste off. I request to order a different smoothie something I felt was easier to make and what ever supervisor that was on duty refused and told the cashier that if I wanted a different smoothie, I would have to pay for another one? Well I tried to contact Betsy whom normally would respond but this time did not. I was left with the option to have them make the same smoothie that tasted funny, or pay for a different one on top of what I already paid. Keep in mind I come to this business on average 3 times a week at a minimum. To date, I have reached out to Betsy, called corporate of which they have requested management give me a call, and nothing. Just know that this is how they treat loyal customers...... Your money is only of value at time of purchase I guess.

Read moreMy boyfriend went through the drive through and After ordering 3 smoothies (one was fine) one 32 ounce strawberry kiwi and one 32 once chocolate gladiator with no add ins. The first things that was wrong with this was the strawberry kiwi they made a 20 once not a 32 and then the 32 ounce. They handed him the gladiator and when we got a look at it, we realized it wasn’t full it was only 3/4 of the way full and upon closer look it didn’t have chocolate in it, only the powder and water and ice. After asking the person to remake them because they were made wrong they told us if we wanted new smoothies and we would have to pay for it because some how this was our fault so finally just agreeing to pay AGAIN for smoothies the worker made wrong and were correct on the receipt, they then proceeded to tell us that they were closed and wouldn’t do it.
