Subway — Restaurant in Madison

This subway customer service was beyond horrible. There were two female staff on 6/21/24 at 3.48 pm and they were both horrible. Sighing and rolling their eyes at customers, one spoke English and the other did not. The one who only spoke Spanish was dressed like she was in the kitchen in her house, none of them had name tags. They left the sandwiches open-faced and all the sauces they put on just robbed into the wrapping paper and stayed there, very messy. A poor Muslim guy was trying to order a sandwich without bacon and they told him the sandwich would taste better with bacon in it😳 and the one who was trying so hard to give him the bacon was frustrated that he wouldn’t just take it the way she was offering it to him that they had to switch spots so our horrible server could continue with him and she came to us. This location does not accept most deals listed on the app. Ended up ordering a 6" and a large coke for pickup and took it home. Once i took a bite, I knew it wasn't fresh.
