7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Madisonville

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because I like the 7 energy drinks. The service started out great when they first opened. Of course they were staffed heavily. I knew it wouldn't last long. I recently had about 10 minutes left on my lunch break and decided to get a 7 energy to get me thru the rest of the day. I work nearby so I thought I would have plenty of time considering there were only 6 cars in line. I got in line. No one was out there with the tablet taking orders. After I realized no one was taking orders more cars piled in behind me. At that point I was stuck in line and no way of getting out. I waited 15 minutes before even placing my order. I am sure they are "working" to correct the staffing issue. Until I hear otherwise or have no where to be, I will stay out...

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service provided by the 7 Brew location in Madisonville, KY on 07.04.25. As our vehicle was too large to utilize the drive-through, we stopped to access the walk-up window. However, before we could even exit the vehicle, an employee approached us and stated that the walk-up window was closed, citing the manager's directive. This experience was particularly disheartening, given that we had previously visited the Louisville location on Mother's Day and received friendly and accommodating service. I hope that this location will take steps to improve their service and plan ahead...

Come here daily, have tried all kinds of drinks and always amazed. Good service, good music, nice employees (some nicer than others). People that complain must’ve gone to the wrong place or must not understand how this concept of business is run and how customer feedback drives the business forward and improves customer interactions and efficiency. As a regular I have gotten to know some of the staff and noticed that the line moves faster when the girl with the purple and black hair is there.
