I was a little concerned about service from other reviews. I had to wait for seating about 15 minutes. They were busier than expected for the time around 3 pm. I got seated and waitress showed up in less than a minute. Got my drink order and returned to take my food order. Pam was my waitress and I can say see did an excellent job. She came by and checked on me often and was very attentive to my needs. The food was more or less what I expected from this type of establishment. Steak was cooked to order sides was hot and appeared fresh. The steak was on the thin side and most likely choice. Not to fault this place it is the norm. I normally cook my on steaks at home and use prime or wagyu. Over all a pleasant enough experience. I would go back if in the area. Thanks again to Pam for excellent service!!!

I got the Big O for an appetizer and then the chicken supreme, loaded sweet potato and rice pilaf. The chicken was good but I feel like it would have made more sense for the honey mustard to be on the chicken rather the the cheese and the rice was not a pilaf but rather sticky, white rice. The Big O was fried to perfection and had a large cup of dipping sauce which was a plus. I also got a “loaded tea” which did not contain tea at all. It was a mixture of alcohols and then added flavors. I feel like the name is a little misleading. Maybe label it as a cocktail or mixer. I did not take a picture of the drink menu. Overall the food was good and I would go back.

While traveling, I encountered this awesome restaurant last night. I drove a group of Amish out to Crofton for Thanksgiving and ended up in This restaurant last night for dinner, and when I was talking about spending Thanksgiving alone today, the young lady at the Motel told me that oasis was offering a free meal to anyone in need, traveling, homeless, rescue and police personnel. I was very honored to share a meal at this restaurant for the second time. I will definitely pay it forward. Thank you for your hospitality, and God bless all of you. Happy Thanksgiving.

We were seated then waited for over 20 mins before even receiving silverware. Finally the waitress came over and asked for drink orders. She brought the kids drinks in Togo cups and never left straws. At least 10 mins later she finally brought the rest of the drinks and left straws. She came and took our food order, brought us a basket of seriously over cooked rolls and then disappeared. She never refilled our drinks and never check on us. An hour and 10 mins later, she brought our food. My order was wrong, and she actually argued with me about it. Before anyone at our table had taken their first bit, she was back to ask it we needed a box, I assume my deface answered because she turned around. I ordered the combo fajitas, and my first bite into the meat, I couldn't stand the overwhelming taste of burned mesquite wood. I'm not a fan of mesquite, I know it's a popular flors, but I dont care for it. I literally ate 1 strip of steak (not seasoned with anything except mesquite, not salt or pepper at all) and I ate 2 strips of chicken, and just couldn't choke anymore down. The waitress came back within 10 mins to ask how the food was, my response was " well I'm not a fan", she said "oh, ok" and walked away. I thought maybe she would come back with the manager... nope, not sure why I though she would be that proactive. When most of us were no less than haley done with our food, she returned to ask it we needed boxes... ugh, no, we are still eating. Still no refills. She ended up bringing boxes with he check, I paid and left a totally undeserved tip. While we were sitting there talking, she started clearing the table... that is so rude in my opinion. After I boxed up the remainder of my meat yo take to my dog, she said " if you dont like your food, i could've taken it off your ticket, you just had to ask". Here's my major peeves...1. She was very aware that I didn't like my food. Why should I have to look like a jerk and ask for a refund or replacement meal? 2. We sat and waited for over an hour for food, then she asked us, no less than 4 times basically if we were done, then was rushing us by cleaning the table with us there. 3. She mentioned a refund, then said, "next time let me know if you dont love your food." How can a waitress be this oblovious?! She works in the public and cannot communicate well at all. I dont believe I will ever go back to Oasis. I would MUCH rather eat at Texas Roadhouse and know that I'm getting better food, better prices and FAR...

There was 3 in our party, the girl upfront was not very friendly and said it would be 30 to 45 minutes to get a seat. It wasn't very busy inside and several empty seats. We only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated, I was like ok this is awesome we got seated early. The waitress was nice, she took our drink order and came back with drinks all correct, we did not order appetizers. The waitress said that she was new here in our conversation we had so we were very patient with her because we all know how it is to be new. We placed our orders. There was a larger party there that was having a birthday party, they might have had a little bit too much to drink, they were EXTREMELY LOUD and cussing loudly around under age people and other people trying to relax after a long day. Well we waited almost and hour for our food. It came out. Then I had to ask where my salad was because that is to come before the meal but it didn't. Well I ordered a ribeye medium rare, add grilled shrimp, broccoli, and a side salad with ranch. All of the food was cold and the cocktail sauce was spilled all over my steak. The wife ordered a sirloin medium, add grilled shrimp and no sides, It was All cold. My MIL ordered chopped steak cooked medium and I don't remember her sides, they were also cold. I asked the waitress why all of the food was cold and she said she would go get her manager. Assistant GM show up and said she handed the plates to the waitress (if this is the case she does not need to be an AGM because she would not have sent out cold food if she was a good manager) and is there anything she could do to correct it. I said no we have already been here an hour and the food comes out cold. I said I'm not going to deal with this or pay for this we are going to leave. So we left. All of us have been at the hospital all day with my wife's grandma and we had not eaten all day and night and we were looking forward to eating at Oasis Madisonville because we have eaten at Oasis Kuttawa and it was Great!! I am very disappointed. The entire staff needs to be gone through and trained over again or just let go and/or replaced or just close this location down. This is very unacceptable. I put no blame on a new waitress. If she was that new then management should have another member of the wait staff or a manager shadow her. Do better!!! If I could give 0 stars I would in a heartbeat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place is horrible, don't waste your money. Our server tonight was slow AF! He barely came to the table. Our whole table was out of drinks for a good 20 minutes. Soggy and cold would best describe the food and nothing came out at the same time. Our food had to have sat under the heat lamps for a while before it was brought out. Everything was cold. They brought out the kids meals first. Their kids marinara pasta was a joke. Literally looked like they cracked open a can of tomatoes and dumped it on the noodles. It was very watery. One of the kids meals came without the side. The next round was one of the pasta dishes and the two steaks. The pasta was ice cold, the fries on one of the plates were burnt and my steak (ordered medium) was so overcooked it looked like Ghandi's flip flop. Next came the Mac n cheese burger. The burger was cold and the Mac n cheese on top was gross. At this point we are still missing my daughter's pasta. We flag down the server to let him know all the issues, his response to the cold pasta is to take it back and "reheat" it, then says let me get the manager. The manager listens and attempts to rectify the situation. He brings my daughter her pasta and refires the other pasta dish and the steaks. My daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and the Alfredo had separated, the broccoli was hard and the bread was soggy. I was literally able to poor butter out of the bowl, almost fill an entire appetizer plate, and there was still butter in the bowl. Another manager brings out the refired steaks and when she does we address the concerns with the Alfredo and she brushed us off and said the pasts was fresh and that they would bring a fresh bread. I cut into the steak and it was cooked to the proper temp this time but it was soggy and bland. It had the texture of a sponge. Pretty sure they threw it in a bowl of hot water to thaw it out. After about 3 bites I couldn't eat anymore, it was gross. No one ate their food and most of us left with either upset bellies or hungry. So after all of that we had to ask the server from the table next to us to flag down our server so we could pay and leave cause he hadn't been back to the table since the manager came. This was my first time and we will not be...
