Any resident of Hopkins County knows this is the best Dairy Queen for miles. I've never had a bad experience with them; Orders are always right, food/Ice Cream always great. It's the only Dairy Queen I like to go to because they're unlike the others in the chain. If not for any other reason, the Fried Cheeseballs is enough of one. However... the one thing that keeps it from being 100% is whoever decided the location... far too close to the road, resulting in annoyingly long lines out to the main road most every time I go there. Read moreOk let's start off by saying when I was a kid dairy queen was like a major event in our house. My mom and dad both worked and we were still to poor to afford eating out. So when my dad got a better job we were allowed to eat out once a month. Dairy Queen and A&W Root beer was my favorite. What happened to it I went through a couple times with the same results very disappointed and just discussed. When did they start cutting up your weiners before putting them on your bun I mean last time I had a cut up weiner was when I was a little kid. We ordered a peanut buster parfait and a banana split. I asked for extra hot fudge on the peanut buster parfait, I dont mind paying for extra toppings if I get them. There were nothing but kids working at this point. I didnt get extra hot fudge at all, when I mentioned this all she said was sorry. I paid for it, I get it.
