Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Madisonville

Food is pretty good. That S'mores shake is so unbelievably delicious but their prices on some things are way over the top considering its fast food and they can never seem to make an order right. I'm not sure why but if you order food or a drink and dont want something on/in it because you are allergic to it they still manage to put it on there. It's not hard I have done it myself... just pure lazy to me. No one ever seems to be working when we have pulled up the last few times they are all just standing around laughing and wonder why people get angry it takes so long to get simple things. Took us exactly 28mins to get 2 breakfast burritos and 2 drinks (1 coffee 1 Dr. Pepper) and a corn dog and there was 4 cars there 2 of which were getting their food when we pulled up so explain why it took so long... I will say South Main Madisonville is by far better then North main even though it takes 28mins to get a simple...

I eat at sonic alot and I mean alot!!!! But I only like my burgers one way. No cheese no ketchup no lettuce no tomatoes no mayo!!!!!!!!! All I ask for every time is pickles onion and mustard extra of all 3 things then bacon. Is that too much to ask. Was there tonight it took them three tries to get my burger right. I don't understand what's so hard about that especially on the second try when the girl wrote everything I ask for down on a piece of paper and took it to the Cook which was the manager of Sonics on South Main Street in Madisonville Kentucky. Both of us got hamburgers, which were very good. I got a grape slush so that I could pretend I was a kid again, which was hard. She had a butterfinger ice cream grind which she enjoyed. Food & service was great, so everyone except Sonic Corporate or Software Development can ignore the following complaint.

I do have a complaint though. I didn't have any cash, so I paid through the menu. No problem there, except there was no place to give a tip. So, I ended up giving her everything I had in my coin purse, which was probably $2.37. I'm a generous tipper, so now I'm depressed the server didn't get what she deserved.
