Dunkin' — Restaurant in Madisonville

As an avid coffee drinker (along with being a Dunkin' fan) I'm extremely dissatisfied with my coffee and the custom service on Saturday January 4th, 2025. Around 4:30-5:30 PM, there were these 3 girls working: 2 I believe were new and the other has been there since this establishment opened. My mother and I ordered the "Sabrina Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso" which consists of 2 shots of espresso, oatmilk, and 3 pumps of brown sugar. My drink was okay; however, my mom's coffee was too milky and a completely different color than mine. The girl, I believe her name was Ariel, tried to manipulate us into thinking this was the same color. You don't even have to understand color theory to know my drink and my mom's drink were two different colors. These 3 girls have 0 hospitality: they were just rude. The employees gave my mom and I nasty looks during the duration of our visit. Ariel, went into the back of the building and screamed loudly because she was frustrated. I may not be a business major, but I know that is highly unprofessional. Listen Dunkin', if you need a good coffee barista.... I'm right here. I have 0 experience with making drinks, yet I could have done better than all 3 of those girls combined. These girls better do some self-evaluation (along with some psychological evaluation to fix their attitudes) or else they will end up unemployed, and who wants that in this economy? They had to remake her drink 5 times before we asked for a refund... how do you mess up a drink 5 times? If these 3 girls are working, I will NOT becoming to Dunkin'. I have provided pictures of what my drink looked like compare to my mom's coffee. Overall, my visit was unsatisfactory and I will not becoming back if the girls are on the clock. I went to your store this morning. I expected to sit in line. I even let some people go ahead of me that pulled in the front entrance.Finally got to the speaker and placed my order 3-4 cars in front of me. it took a while. When got to the window I was told my total. I actually added another product at the window and then I assume it was a manager came to the window a “person “ and told me they were OUT of the product I came for!. After I sit in line at least 35 minutes and waited and have someone say “we’re out of what you want”. I looked at my clock and said “it’s 8:25” in the morning and she informed me, very bluntly, “we open at five”! No, I’m sorry! I felt like the customer service was extremely poor and an “I’m sorry as always helpful” when you’re not getting some thing that you waited for. I went to a local donut shop Madisonville donuts I was the third car in line. Got to The window. Asked if they had product that I couldn’t get at Duncan. They did. took it home to my “sick” relative that I was up most of the night with … to top it off, the lady at the window gave me a little bag and said this is for you. when I opened it…It was six fresh donut holes! I order a sesame bagel the same way everything. NOT CUT NOT TOASTED. VEGGIE CREAM CHEESE ON THE SIDE. Please just drop it in the bag. What is so hard? Occasionally, they are out, and I order an everything bagel exactly the same way. Today, I had to substitute for everything bagel, which is what I received ⁶ my daughter ordered the same toasted with her cream cheese on the bagel. My point is twofold. 1st, it is 2.99 for the bagel with cream cheese on the bagel or 1.99 for the bagel and 1.99 for the cream cheese on the side, making it roughly $4.00 for the same thing.
