As an avid coffee drinker (along with being a Dunkin' fan) I'm extremely dissatisfied with my coffee and the custom service on Saturday January 4th, 2025. Around 4:30-5:30 PM, there were these 3 girls working: 2 I believe were new and the other has been there since this establishment opened. My mother and I ordered the "Sabrina Brown Sugar Shakin' Espresso" which consists of 2 shots of espresso, oatmilk, and 3 pumps of brown sugar. My drink was okay; however, my mom's coffee was too milky and a completely different color than mine. The girl, I believe her name was Ariel, tried to manipulate us into thinking this was the same color. You don't even have to understand color theory to know my drink and my mom's drink were two different colors. These 3 girls have 0 hospitality: they were just rude. The employees gave my mom and I nasty looks during the duration of our visit. Ariel, went into the back of the building and screamed loudly because she was frustrated. I may not be a business major, but I know that is highly unprofessional. Listen Dunkin', if you need a good coffee barista.... I'm right here. I have 0 experience with making drinks, yet I could have done better than all 3 of those girls combined. These girls better do some self-evaluation (along with some psychological evaluation to fix their attitudes) or else they will end up unemployed, and who wants that in this economy? They had to remake her drink 5 times before we asked for a refund... how do you mess up a drink 5 times? If these 3 girls are working, I will NOT becoming to Dunkin'. I have provided pictures of what my drink looked like compare to my mom's coffee. Overall, my visit was unsatisfactory and I will not becoming back if the girls are on the clock.
