Me and my husband were first timers this past weekend. We were really excited to check this place out but unfortunately it was a big let down. The hostess was very welcoming and lead us to our table which was right in front of the stage, we were excited for this as we were looking forward to listening to the live music that night. Our waitress was kind but not very attentive. We each ordered one of their holiday drinks (different ones) to check them out. When I was asking the waitress which one she would prefer I also mentioned that I do not like sweet alcoholic drinks. She suggested one and I said let’s try it. When she brought our drinks I was very concerned with mine as it had chocolate and candy beads all along the rim of the glass. I did say I did not like sweet alcoholic drinks. I took 1 sip and it was too sweet for me, when we finally seen our waitress again, we asked her if we could please exchange that drink for another drink of the same price. I am assuming she took it to a manager and asked, when she came back, she informed us that we were not able to exchange it just because we did not like it. Now being of customer service, I would be a little bit more understanding had I drank half of the drink, then decided I did not like it, but that was not the case. I took one sip out of it. I would even be understanding if they still charged me for the drink, but at a discount rate seeming as we did not drink the drink and left it completely full. I still ordered another drink, the food we got was the sampler plate in which you got to choose three different items, we chose potato skins, fried pickles, and the barbecue egg rolls. The potato skins were very dry and it seemed like they were the ones that came out of the freezer, not to mention while eating our second eggroll my husband pulls out a white hair. At this point, our waitress had not came back to check on us yet and we were waiting For her return to inform her of the white hair. Sadly, after waiting for her to come back and check on us it took over 20 minutes, and the restaurant was not even full. So me and my husband decided to count our loss paid for a drink we did not drink or like, paid for food that was not very good and had hair in it and we didn’t get to stay for the live entertainment because we were so disappointed. I wish our experience could’ve been better at this place as the atmosphere is amazing but they could use some work on customer service. It was not worth a $50.00 tab for the service we received...

First time here. Everything was really good! Fast service, and excellent food.

We ordered potato skins as an appetizer. They were okay. Not the best I've ever had, but certainly not the worst. The portion size was a little on the small size for the prices, in my opinion. We got 4 half potatoe skins for $7, I believe.

My husband had the pork ribeye and fries. It was seasoned perfectly and delicious.

I had a regular ribeye. It was cooked as ordered. Served with mashed potatoes that were really good as well.

We also ordered a piece of Italian Cream cake, that our waiter swore was made by the owner's mom! The cake was a little over cooked, but rather tasty and the icing was perfect!

Menu is not huge, but both of us found something easily. There is a large build your own burger section, with many options to choose from. There are many beers, i think locally brewed listed on a large board.. We didn't get a beer or drink from the bar though.

They also have live music often and host several events a month. We were in a hurry and didn't stay for the music last night.

The one con that I have to mention is that they sat us at one of the high tables, which would have been okay most times if we didn't have food we had to cut, but it was dreadfully uneven which made cutting out food awkward.

Otherwise, this place was excellent! I consider it a hidden gem. We will be back soon, but hopefully will...

Servers and service is great, but the food and menu is extremely lacking. Mixed drinks are very over priced 7$ for a small martini that had max half a shot of alcohol in it. The BYOB was missing 2 of the custom items and was over cooked, asked for medium was very well done, brussel sprouts were good. Sweet potato fries and sampler appetizer were decent. I ordered the only ribeye available 12oz, was half an inch thick and didn't look like a ribeye cut. Asked for med-rare, was atleast med well, no flavor what so ever, not even salted. Asparagus side came with 4 pieces of asparagus tips hardly sauteed. Miss when they had steak options and porkchop options. Now it seems to be all atmosphere/drinks and burger sales. Spent over 80$ on something I could've made at home for $40 or less and better. Wasn't asked how the food was or what was missing or how the steak was cooked, had to point out missing items. Didnt even eat half of it. Probably won't be back. Used to be good...

Will absolutely come back here when I'm traveling through. It is well worth the short drive off the interstate. Service was awesome. Food was perfect. I can't remember the last time I went out and was treated so well, and the order came out perfect. First time in my life I've ever had battered mushrooms that were still crispy, sauce was really good with them,I had the covid 57 burger. It was great. My girlfriend got the Alfredo. It was awesome. Noodles tasted homemade, sauce was creamy, chicken was still tender and juicy. I live over an hour from here and would seriously consider driving here just to eat. We got a few different drinks and they were all good. I'm telling you, drive the way to come here. You won't regret it.

Much better than anything you’ll find in Muhlenberg County, where my wife and I drove from to try this place out (by recommendation of our local dispensary). We had the sampler appetizer with the BBQ Egg Rolls, Fried Pork Skins, and the Loaded Potato Skins. All great, but the pork skins honestly were the star. No complaints. I had the Rueben and my wife had a Brisket Smash burger, the sandwich was excellent, her burger has great flavor but was a bit difficult to eat due to both of her brioche buns splitting apart, making a mess. The fries were also excellent. Overall, highly recommend. We will come back.

Food and atmosphere are great! This restaurant has a lot of great things to offer. They have new limited time drinks and menu items available all the time. The build your own burger menu is awesome, they have a ton of options to customize your own burger even down to the meat. You get multiple options of meat down to local beef. The appetizers are very good as well. Not a lot to complain about. Staff is super friendly. Good change of scenery in Madisonville.
