KFC — Restaurant in Madisonville

If I could give this place a negative star I would. It’s 8:40, my husband and daughter just left a cheer comp and starving only to be told by 2 employees that they were closing in 20 mins. I told the first guy that was fine we would hurry, they went to start ordering and the second ( manager lady I’m assuming) said we are closing in 20 mins. My husband then spoke up and said I guess they don’t want us to eat here. So we left. This is first time in my whole life ever having bad service at KFC. My daughter started crying because KFC is her favorite. This place is a fast food restaurant and if the employees don’t want to serve food till closing time they need new jobs. I work with the public, I’d would never turn away a customer. Tes we seen the lobby closes at 9 but we just told him we would hurry and it doesn’t take but a few mins to get your food here so it’s not like we couldn’t have gotten our food ate and been on our way. Every time I get the chicken finger big box meal, I ask for coleslaw and mashed potatoes instead of fries. Of the six times I have ordered it, I only get one side. The only time I got both sides is the time I stopped and checked it before I left. They had to give me the coleslaw because once again they had only put in one side. It's very frustrating to get home and not have what I orderedI called once to tell them what had happened, and they told me I could come back and get the extra side if I wanted to. Really? 😒. The last time I ordered it, I got Nashville chicken fingers instead of the five finger big box I ordered. They seem to have some difficulties with this one particular order. I don't think I'll be...

Very friendly staff, very clean, the food is always great and fresh and fast service. Clean bathrooms. Also with Covid-19 safety measures in place.. complying with 6' apart tables, and signs notifying the customer which tables to use, and that the usable tables with sign saying that the tables were sanitized just for you, and a large plastic shield in place at the register in between the workers and the customers when ordering/paying. This was a good visit and I'm grateful for their concerns and that they are complying with Covid-19 safety measures. Thank You to the owner's and employees of this beautiful KFC!!
