Definitely mom-n-pop shop. Limited staff. Once, we tried to order something, but the person on staff wasn't trained how to cook that meal and explained the usual cook wasn't in that day. So we ordered something else. I doubt they have commercial equipment in the kitchen for bigger restaurants. But if you go in with this in mind and a little patience, you won't be disappointed. Coming here is less for the sustenance and more for a cozy place to have a warm meal and a juice drink. Every meal we have here is delicious and the juice drinks are intense. The bottled juices are amazing too. We get a few of the blue bottles every time we visit since we live an hour away. I’ve only been able to try this place twice, but I’ve attempted to go several times. For example, today (Saturday) the posted hours say open until 4 p.m., but the doors were locked. This isn’t the first time this has happened. At this point, I honestly recommend taking a picture of what you want, using ChatGPT to find the recipe, and making it yourself—it’s probably cheaper anyway. I ordered the birria tacos from them one day and had it delivered, it didn’t come with cheese like I asked but it was fine. The next day I ordered again and they told me the dipping sauce was extra.
