Tried Adam’s Island Style Grill food truck today and wow—this is the closest I’ve had to authentic island food since I was actually in Hawaii! I ordered the steak and shrimp teriyaki plate, which came with fluffy rice, tender veggies, and the creamiest mac salad ever. Everything was perfectly seasoned, and that teriyaki sauce? Absolute perfection.

I also tried the musubi and lumpia—both packed with flavor and cooked just right.

I already know what I’m ordering next: the chicken and salmon! I’ll be first in line the next time I see this truck. Hands down one of the best food truck experiences I’ve had—nothing was missing, everything hit.

Adam's island style is a definite go to any time if the day, every day! I frequent copper miner salon regularly and I always make sure I leave with some of Adam's food. Always hits the spot...... drunk or sober. The new cook, Gary, made tonight's plate. I got the full combination plate with chicken, beef, and shrimp on a bed of rice.
