Review Details... ...Food: Everything was correct and tasted fresh, as if made to order. We didn't know what to expect since it was our first time trying this cuisine, but we were definitely pleasantly surprised. The meal surpassed our expectations in every aspect: tastes, portions, textures, overall quality of ingredients and preparation, style of presentation, and even the variety of fresh-tasting sauce options, each perfectly paired in its own way.

(Extra side note: there was a kind of cheese we hadn't had too that I absolutely fell in love with, he called it queso de mano--which to me was like an even softer version of mozzarella, but with a rich buttery flavor...also, in addition to all the other authentic items/ingredients, he used real fruit in the drinks vs processed syrup, & brown sugar cane too! Unbelievably fresh tasting, it just can't be beat!)

Service: The service from Alex was phenomenal; his demeanor and helpfulness were next-level, especially considering he was working with a visibly recovering arm injury. He took extra time and care to explain our order with enthusiasm. (It was our first time trying this cuisine, and we had no idea what to expect, so we relied heavily on his explanations and recommendations, which turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. We were all very appreciative.) He then brought everything out to us himself, explaining each sauce as a final touch. Overall, the service was truly above and beyond, welcoming, and genuinely aimed to provide an exceptional experience, which he succeeded in doing.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere was clean, cozy, warm, and inviting, with comfortable booth options. The bathrooms were clean and had modern decor. There was also an ordering kiosk for those familiar with the menu and seeking convenience. A unique selfie-spot attraction with neon-lit lettering and posing props offered some fun while waiting, and a collection of pictures on the wall beside it added to the charm.

Overall: We will definitely return and highly recommend this...

This place is truly a local gem! I had an unplanned opportunity for a brief meetup with my sister & her fiancé from out of state, after not seeing each other in months, and this place caught our eye while looking on Google Maps to decide where we would like to go. We definitely were not disappointed; quite the opposite, and we will be adding this to our list of favorite spots in the area. It was fun to discover a new cuisine together that ended up being one we both liked! ...Alex was awesome! He definitely surpassed all our expectations in every way, and helped provide a memorable experience we will both cherish and try to pass on to others via recommendations. This place deserves so much more recognition, and it will be interesting to see its journey to greater success as more people discover everything this place and these amazing people...
