Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Magna

We went for the first time this morning before work and I've got to tell you, the breakfast options are so delicious! I've never been a sausage person so I got the Bacon Ciabatta and my spouse got the Everything bagel. They also tried the peanut butter cup blend while I got a delicious mocha blend. I like that it's a "healthy" mix of coffee and fluff, not just sugar with a bit of coffee.

The window operator has great customer service. As we waited for our order we chatted with her and had a few giggles. She asked us if we are using the app and as first time customers, we weren't aware of it. We downloaded it on the spot for next time.

I'm glad Magna is bringing in more businesses like this. We like how we can get to the grocery store, our dentist office, the pharmacy, and now a lovely coffee shop all in under a 2 mile radius. I am having a hard time recommending Scooter’s Coffee. We placed an order through the App. When my daughter went to pick up the order she was told they didn’t have some of the ingredients. We didn’t want the subscription that was offered. The store wasn’t able to give a refund. She was told that they needed the card it was billed to. The card was home with me. Staff was condescending. I later called with the card number and was told the need the card so they could swipe the card. Showed up a few hours later and was told mobile orders the just needed to request the refund through their systems. Receipt I was given had my phone number on it. They could have called. Wasted my time. Staff needs to be trained better. Manager needs some listening skills to hear my frustration. The coffee I had the previous time was good. The drinks are okay—smooth, flavorful, and consistent every time I've stopped by.

Taste-wise, they’re pretty similar to what you'd find at other big-name coffee shops, so nothing groundbreaking here, just familiar flavors with a different name and a slightly different price tag.
