I am writing this review on 3rd July, 2024 for my visit at time 6:55:34 PM and writing this review for old employee who work at this location. This lady was really rude with me ignored everything I was saying. Ignored me on purpose. She didnāt even had guts to tell me her real name. Then she allowed this customer to return to the front of the line and make another order while her mentally handicapped (I say this as he had a visible condition, not as an insult) coworker struggled to make even a single order. When it was finally my turn, Mariel did not know how to make a premade sandwich of the menu board and the aforementioned coworkers wrecked my order completely when it was passed on to him. I left the store at that point as I was now running late for work. I still didnāt get to eat lunch. Iām sad about this experience since I live next door and would come here all the time. She provided poor customer service, was extremely rude, and initially failed to provide my correct order. Instead of taking a moment to check my order numbers, she argued with me before eventually locating it in the system. It was clear that she didnāt put in the effort to assist me properly. Iāve been coming here for years and have always received great service from the other employees, but Linaās approach to customer interactions needs improvement.
