MUST READ - The MOST Amazing customer service ever...it is almost unbelievable.

We ordered 10-12#s of tips for a surf and turf dinner planned at Pelican Lake, MN.

We ordered 2 weeks early and there was a mix up, probably due to stresses of Covid, and our order had not shipped the day before the dinner was planned.

We called, pretty upset. Things happen, she said she would over night them and they would be there the next morning in time for the dinner event. Due to Covid, Saturday Shipments were not guaranteed. She went to 2 FedExs trying to get it done.

Saturday Morning: I wake up to a text: “I just landed, have to grab the rental and I’ll be there in about 3 hours”... I thought I was still drunk from the night before. No way.

She literally hopped on the next flight from BOSTON to MINNEAPOLIS, drove 3 hours and delivered the meat with a mask on...during Covid. The entire group blew up when she arrived. Everyone was in the windows watching her unpack her freezer bag carry on of the Best Tips Evah.

We elbow bumped(Covid Appropriate) and she drove back to catch her flight.

This is truly the best Customer Service I have ever experienced and will continue to buy and ship them to my home in Montana because of this experience.

I have been a customer of Dom‘s sausage in Malden for over 12 years. At the last minute, I decided to have a graduation party for my grandson. I reached out to Dom‘s not fully realizing they did catering and I’m so glad I did. I also had it delivered and set up. The food was above and beyond my expectations, even knowing how good the food is at Doms. The delivery person Mike, was on top of everything I offered to help him, he said nope I’ve got this. He set up Everything got all the chafing dishes ready it was a true game changer for me. . The stuffed shells were probably the best I’ve ever had. We also had the buffalo chicken dip, mac & cheese, roasted veggies, steak tips, steakhouse chicken 3 different salads. It was all out of this world. Our guests kept commenting on how delicious everything was. I’m so grateful to Dom’s for the quality and...

I would NEVER order from this place again (at least not on UberEats). I spent nearly 80 dollars for five items, just for one of them not to arrive, and the sides are an absolute joke! They stuff them in these small to-go cups clearly made for toppings, condiments, or sauces. The hotdogs are tiny and plain even when I asked for condiments... I called the restaurant about the missing sub sandwich (because I wasn't expecting much of the hot dogs anyway). Also, I just wanted to confirm whether or not the sandwich made it into one bag to see if maybe my delivery driver made a mistake and left a separate bag in the car or something. They answered, told me to hold on while they spoke with the manager, and then hung up the phone after I waited on hold listening to their ads about how great their service is... If I could give them...
