Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Malden

I normally have good experiences with this Dominoes location. The occasional forgetfulness of a drink or maybe some sauces I purchased when they deliver but nothing ever detrimental. Until recently I ordered a specialty pizza and I ordered a pineapple pizza with extra pineapple. We took delivery of the food and opened the box to reveal absolutely no pineapples whatsoever on the pizza. Now you may think that this may not be a huge issue and maybe it isn't. But the fact that the tracker says "so and so is going over the order making sure its right " bewilders me because I am just unsure how you forget one major topping on a pizza. The only topping at that. Long story short I went through the app to make the complaint and they basically just offer some points towards a free medium or some percentage off your next purchase. I placed an order for a 12” pizza (pie cut). When I came to pick it up it was cut in squares. Then I checked my slip to make sure that I had place the order with the “pie cut” request - I did (my son was sick the night before and really wanted to have his slice as pie cut).

Then I came back and asked if I could get the pizza accordingly to my request, and surprisingly the “manager” Frelly (I don’t know if I spelled her name correctly) responded (very rude): “what’s the difference if it is cut in squares or pie cut” (and gave me the wrong order as if I was obligated to accept with no excuse).

I said if that would make any difference I would not had made the request!!!

Even if is a small request - she never should give a response like that to a customer!!! Horrible service!

I always come to this store (Malden) because I like the polite Brazilians employees!! But honestly she made me feel as I would never come back again!

Worst Domino's ever. They mess up alot of orders. I usually order steak sandwich with extra steak. When my order arrives there's not enough steak, onions or peppers for regular steak sandwich. This has been happening for while now. So no I do not recommend this Domino's located in Malden on Eastern Ave. The only reason I still order from there cause they are closes for delivery. If it happens again I'm coming in for refund and driving to the next city over to make my order. This must of happened at least 5-6 times that I can remember. I ate half of the sandwich which was mostly cheese only cause I purchased my order near closing time. Worst experience ever!!! Ripped off!!! I got grilled cheese sandwich not a steak sandwich. Will be driving down to Domino's for real steak sandwich or refund. Now time to...
