King Bibis Malden — Restaurant in Malden

3 years ago I tried this place and it was total disaster both services and food. Undercooked, weird taste and odor, past weekend we saw a pizza online posted by a someone random and we decided to check where it was from.. unfortunately, after a lot of pondering it out we decided to give it a try, worse move ever..

We order half bacon half calabresa with stuffed edges.

Stuffing was chicken .. tasteless and cold.

They sold catupiri cheese on the menu but in reality cream cheese is what they serve.

The worse is uet to come. The bacon is Applewood and I can’t stand it. Since i was not discriminated on their menu i called to ask if there was a chance they served that irem by mistake Then the nightmare took place.

They informed me that they didn’t know what i was talking about and they always used that bacon cuz bacon is bacon and period.

So, i told them that if I knew they only used that kind of bacon I wouldn’t have ordered cuz I really do not like maple’s..

And that wanted to return the pizza and be refunded.

When i got back with the order they treated me like a criminal.. really rudely and unprofessional.. called me opportunistic dishonest..

I know it would sound too cliche but i was not inly about money. I wanted to share some of my experience on restaurant business with them. But they couldn’t afford to listen.

Terrible experience, also not trusting that it is a safe environment. Never...

Really disappointed with this place, the food is good, but they lack on customer service. I called for a delivery order, and the girl who answered the phone was really polite, took my order and told me that would take 40 minutes. Everything was great. But then it took more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to have my food delivered. I called after 1 hour passed, and I was told that the driver had already left with my order. 25 minutes later, I still didn’t get my food, so I called again, only to hear that now everything that I could do was wait, because they couldn’t do anything about it. When the food finally arrived it was cold and it was missing something from my order, I told the driver and he replaced the things that were missing with something he had on his car. They definitely need more organization, I understand that they’re busy on Friday night, but if they can’t handle the deliveries, they should tell the right estimate time that it will take or offer for the person to do the takeout. If I knew, I would have stopped by to get the takeout or ordered...

Im brazilian and love finding new Brazilian spots to try out, this place left extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Customer service is lacking to the highest degree. My food was made incorrectly at complete fault of their own, they refused to fix it, give me a refund, credit/ discount anything. Again, I placed my orderly correctly was given something else and the woman kept saying she understands but there’s nothing she can do because her manager won’t allow it. Went in person to return it and hopefully speak to the manager only for their to be no manager to speak to. And just imagine someone being super condescending when your just trying to get the food you asked for. Never got to try it so can’t say much on the taste but the other reviews speak for themselves. Losing business over $10 is really pathetic...
