Maria's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Malden

I ordered delivery and my food was delivered to the wrong apartment. I called and kept insisting I never received my order. Said the food was delivered to a woman with ‘curly hair’. I have braids and it was only me and a young child here at home. The guy on the phone was so rude and unhelpful. Blaming and yelling at me that I didn’t receive my order. ‘I don’t know what to tell you’. I demanded them to remake the order and to deliver it to the correct apartment. Waited an hour (as I was FAMISHED) and the delivery driver and the store owner finally knocked on my door and the delivery guy (who’s just a kid) says ‘Oh you’re not the person who I gave the order to’ BECAUSE YOU NEVER DID!!! YOU DELIVERED MY ORDER TO THE WRONG APARTMENT. Got my second order finally as they were WRONG. I will never order from Maria’s Pizza again and it’s sad because I like their food and I’ve been ordering from them for years. Horrible...

This is the second time that they messed up my order whoever is cooking the food does not know how to take directions. The first time I ask for extra Alfredo sauce in my chicken broccoli Alfredo. I actually got less Alfredo sauce then I usually get there wasn’t even Alfredo sauce. then I just ordered a sandwich and got a totally different sandwich than what I ordered it’s not worth calling takes about an hour to get delivered who has time for that looks like not going to get my business no more the owner is usually the one to answer the phone the past two times. Whoever answered they don’t know how to take the order correctly or the person making the food doesn’t know how to follow...

I recently visited this pizzeria and had an absolutely amazing experience. The pizza was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What really made the visit special was the customer service, which was truly exponential. Every staff member I interacted with was warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. The overall vibe of the place was inviting and comfortable, the kind of spot where you can relax and enjoy great food. I left already looking forward to my next visit.
