If I could leave leas than a 1 I would. I ordered an 18" pizza and another dish. Said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I went in they never started the order because they said they were out of 18 " dough. Instead of contacting me they waited for me to arrive. Said they could have the 16" ready in 10 minutes. Another 20 minutes still no pizza and could mot tell me how long. Asked for a refund and was told they didn't know how to give me a refund. Said I could have a credit for the next time I come. I clearly told them I would not be back and spent another 30 minutes on the phone with a third party who said they would escalate my complaint and I would hear from them in 24 - 48 hours. Even though the owner was in the back he never came out after many requests. A young girl was left to handle an issue she clearly didn't have a clue about....

Guti's is a gem among restaurants in Malvern, Ark. It is relatively fancy, and the food served is of a very high quality. Our server was prompt and attentive. She refilled waters and brought us a complimentary pair of rolls which were hot, fresh, and delicious. Because our pizza was taking some time, she was thoughtful to advise us when it was about 5 mins out. It is easy to order carryout, upon arrival or in advance, and they welcome this. There are smaller tables for up to four people, or bigger tables for larger parties.

We could not share anything separately as both combos were covered in sauce and cheese to the point you didn't know what you were getting.
