Food was amazing! They (atleast on Saturday afternoon) had a couple huge grills fired up outside with pollo, asada, ribs, others?

Inside, it’s a bit of a dive… but the kind that tells you that you are about to get some amazing food! Mix of grocery store with a front “deli” counter. It looks like you can get different tacos, meals, etc but we got a few things by the pound.

The carna asada marinade was FIRE! I am not sure if you were supposed to eat as it or take home and do a fresh grilling (it was fully cooked) but definitely lacked char. But for that flavor I am very happy to through on a super hot grill for a couple mins.

We got some chicharrones which were both SUPER crisp but still tender

Last we got some fresh tortillas we ate one in the car and will have the rest with dinner. It was quite good, but would probably opt to just make fresh at home.

Also my son, who is moving to Spain in a couple months, got to practice his Spanish and the staff, while you could see their amusement, was very helpful in both understanding and kindly guiding him.

Tortillas are so good, give a try to the chicken for the first time and my family and I love it. Yesterday we give a try for the second time and the chicken was to salty, it was to much that I got two chickens and all was wasted because we couldn't eat with all amount of salt. It be so good of instead of to much salt to the marinated it. Will be so easier if the customer has to add salt if needed, because having to much salt there is not solution and with this inflation it is not fear throw away $32.00 plus taxes, it would be so nice if get replace this chickens for unsalted ones and the owner manager teach the workers how to marinated the meats with the right amount of...

Like I told my brother- I thought the place was going to be good when I smelled it from across the street but I knew it was going to be good when I pulled up and saw a guy chopping the wood they use to cook. I got the chicken lunch combo and some beef ribs. Both were excellent. They were well seasoned, tender and fresh. The tortillas are ok, I prefer handmade tortillas to the thin machined type.
