Starting with the appetizers I had bruschetta my wife had the fried mushrooms. Bruschetta was cooked perfectly. Toasted cheese melted tomato fresh no over abundance of balsamic glaze. The fried mushroom were little taste explosions in my mouth and the ranch dressing is made in house. I had a burger with fries and my wife had ravioli we also got a Reuben to go. Burger was fantastic and my wife ate all the ravioli she seemed to like it. ( I don’t like too much milk can cause irritation to my stomach). The Reuben was only ok but in its defense we ate it several hours after we left and had reheated it. Atmosphere was great. The staff was friendly and our server (whose name escapes me) had a conversation with us about our baby and his daughter. Honestly a good time with quick good food and attentive staff. I also liked the basil growing fresh looks and...

Good food, but sick of the customer service.

On one occasion, I walk in to pay for a takeout order, and the person who's ringing me up is giving me the angriest staredown of my life. Almost like he was on drugs or something. ((I'm serious))

A more recent occasion involved sitting down and eating. My initial order was messed up. The older waitress didn't refill my drink once; and when asking for a takeout box for a sandwich, hands me the smallest one possible saying "Looks like it will fit" When obviously it wasn't going to. ((Almost felt like it was on purpose)). Her carefree attitude was insulting to say the least.

As someone who grew up in Manchester, Ive been giving you guys business on and off for almost 10 years now, never remember the customer service being like...

Orders the deep fried pizza knots and a couple beers. Everything was wonderful awesome wait staff. Ordered our entrees. Waited a decent time nothing more than 30 mins for ravioli. Once received I took one bite and one bite only. The taste in my mouth was of freezer burnt. I didn’t eat anymore and requested a salad. At which the salad took twenty mins to arrive and I asked for it to go. The bill was brought I was charged for the meal I didn’t eat. I asked for the meal to be removed. The “cook” came out and in a very aggressive manner told me she had never had anyone complain and her food was made fresh that morning”. I felt attacked. Needless to say if you go to this place do not complain or you’ll be attacked. I will...

What an Incredible dining experience. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant and kitchen are so clean immaculate is the the only word I can think of to describe it. The food oh the food a fest of flavor. The grow fresh basil in store( photo included) I brought my family home a pizza and they said that I finally brought home "A Good Pizza" that's their way of saying they just ate the best Pizza they ever have eaten. Now it may take a bit of time to get this culinary delight. But it is only because they only make the best. And good things take take time. I say the Ruben is the best Ruben for 50 miles. All set in Beautiful Manchester Michigan. Worth the visit.

I was excited to try this restaurant after reading the reviews, but my experience was not great. We waited over 45 minutes for pizza, and then it was burned. We just ate it anyway, but it was disappointing. The bruschetta was not great either, and definitely not worth the price. Lastly, it was 84 degrees in there (thermostat was set to 70)! Sweating for over an hour definitely made us all lose our patience, and made us less forgiving of the lengthy wait for food. They definitely need some fans in there to keep up with the heat from the ovens. I’d be willing to try again in the fall or winter, and maybe not being so hot would make for a better experience. 🤞🏼

Excellent! The service and food were above and beyond expectation. The establishment is family owned and operated. My wife and I and friends stopped here for lunch on recommendation from one of the town merchants. We went in thinking about getting a pizza but ended up with Tomato Basil soup and 1/2 Classic Grinder, my wife got the Chicken Pot Pie soup and 1/2 Italian Grinder - all made from scratch. We will be back again for a pizza lunch and for dinner. I’m including a picture of my Classic Grinder and Tomato Basil soup, our friends Italian Grinder and a pizza they made and a picture of the owner (white t-shirt) and an employee.
