Aroma Joe's #197 — Restaurant in Manchester

I unfortunately had a bad experience today in the drive thru. I am a nurse and bought my staff the usual 2 32 oz coffees and 1 24oz for myself and I always ask for a tray. The girl handed me the tray and said "I'm going to give you the tray because I have a hard time putting them in." As I tried to juggle 2-32oz coffees and 1-24oz, I spilled the coffee all over my scrubs just before my shift. I had to hand them back to her and she successfully put my coffees in. I love Aroma Joe's coffee and it's right by my job but going to work with coffee stains down my leg, butt and all over my car because the girl decided to not to take the time to give me my coffee securely will have me going next door...

I’ve always loved the Aroma Joes on Cilley Rd but this one is closer to me. I have gone to this aroma joes a lot this year and there is a worker who is always rushing and making me feel uncomfortable, I think she’s the manager.

Every time I order my coffee I say “a SPLASH of cream”, which means a small amount. Everytime this girl works, she hands me a coffee that is pure white. I keep trying to give them a second chance but this is really irritating. This has happened about 8 times this year. This worker is very rude as well, but everyone else i’ve seen is nice and friendly.
