Burger King — Restaurant in Manchester

Once again this declining franchise proved that the old saying of "you get what you paid for" doesn't always hold true. Ordered my usual quick workday breakfast of a breakfast burrito with ham, and when I got to my vehicle and opened it I saw a burrito that was already falling apart and missing half the ingredients. Half the ham as usual, half the hash browns as usual and a messy slathering of cheese sauce that looked like a 3 year old did it. I wouldn't when eat it, realizing that the obvious care it didn't receive made it too risky to consume. I marched back in, put it on the counter on full display and simply told them to learn how to make them right or don't make them at all, and I turned around and left and didn't even ask for a refund, for I didn't want to water down my valid complaint. This is not the first time this branch on Hookset Road headed out of Manchester has been sub-standard. It actually pains me to write this review because I'm sure that there are wonderful people working at BK. The drive- up lady was very nice. The first red flag though was the cardboard sign saying they had no whopper meat. Then they couldnt log into their workstation and were broadcasting it. I ordered the Big Fish meal but I guess I screwed up by getting onion rings instead of fries. Im not a complainer by nature so I took the hit on those really bad rings.The reason Im writing this is to say its not only this store that is hurting badly. Burger King as a whole has been on life support for some time now. Their management structure sucks and they leave their stores hung out to dry. I'm not angry, Im sad because this is the passing of a fun, tasty fast food era. I know we all need to eat healthier and soon we will have no choice but it's gonna cost alot of $15/ hr jobs. I would have to say Burger King has better service sometimes they McDonald's when I went to this Burger King it was right up and everything was really good the person was every smiling and everything at the cash register like she was loving her job. She even made it so when our food was being made she was watching to make sure it was made to order not the old stuff that was in the bed of fries and onion rings like the person was going to give us for our order she said no they said made to order she wants fresh new fries and new onion rings down for this order and we got it in the manager said you have no right to say that we use what's in the bin first and then go from there.
