First time here and they opened last Thursday. I got the Large Zizzaroni (Extra Roni, Extra Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato Sauce), Classic Italian Zzandwich (Fresh Mozzarella, Garlic Oil, Salami, Prosciutto, Pepperoni, Roasted Red Peppers, Caramelized Onions, Spring Lettuces, and Zizza Sauce), 2 cannolis, and 2 chocolate chip cookies (not pictured). The pizza was tasty. The crust had a nice chew and good flavor but it flopped a lot in the middle. I love thin crust pizza and this is definitely thin crust, possibly a little too thin in the middle which caused the flop/topping slide. The outside crust was perfect though. The pizza was cooked nicely without specifying well done which I appreciate. The sauce was fresh/flavorful and the fresh mozzarella was a nice touch. They were very generous with the cheese and roni but they didn’t overdo it; nailed the topping quantity. The Zzandwich was a really good. The pizza crust makes a really nice sandwich pocket. The crust here definitely stands out. I wish it was capicola or mortadella instead of the peperoni inside the Zzandwich but I get it because it’s a pizza place and not a deli. I wasn’t expecting to get the chocolate chip cookies but they just came out of the oven and I couldn’t resist. They were phenomenal. Tons of chocolate chips, like more than I’ve ever had in a cookie and sprinkled with sea salt. Delicious. I haven’t had the cannoli yet as half of the sandwich and 1 slice of pizza was more than enough for lunch. Overall, this seems like a solid spot. They’re using quality ingredients. Also, the staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely be back. The online ordering was also very convenient. If you’re in Manchester, they’re worth...
Read moreI absolutely hate doing this, we were so excited to try this place. But both of our pizzas were inedible they were just so bad……my husbands favorite food is pepperoni pizza and I’ve never really seen him turn one down and even he couldn’t eat his it was such a soggy sloppy mess that we hoped would have been a “well done” rustic style pepperoni pizza. We tried both pizzas in the car in the parking lot before we left and after I took a few bites of mine (suppose to be white sauce with mushrooms Caramelized onions and goat cheese) that’s my favorite topping combo for a rustic style pizza and after taking a few bites I realized I couldn’t even eat this pizza it was so bad :( The toppings were horribly bland and the texture was awful, the entire pizza was soggy and completely covered in thick mozzarella cheese that was so chewy I was choking on it and had to pull it out of my mouth I didn’t expect that at ALL. I was so upset and disappointed and wanted to go back in and let them know and see if we could get a refund (the pizzas were $60 dollars!!! Which is pretty expensive and we don’t have a lot of money but splurged on this expecting it to be a special thing and worth it for a special night….) but I was so anxious and felt SO bad because the people inside were so nice I couldn’t bring myself to go back in and just left. So...
Read moreJust tried Zizza for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. I got a small cheese pizza and the classic Italian sandwich. The sandwich was like something I’ve never had that way. The portion size was very good, enough to share with my wife. It was very tasty and stuffed with meats and fresh mozzarella and vegetables. I only wish I could get some type of peppers in to make it tastier. The pizza had a good taste to it and it was cooked perfectly. The sauce was a little watery but still good. I wish they would have put down some paper in the box, because when I got it home, the melted cheese was stuck to box in some areas. The staff was very professional and inviting. They were very friendly, especially when I mentioned this was our first time there. They explained the menu and made some recommendations that I probably wouldn’t have tried. So glad they did, I was happy with what we selected. Over all it was a good first impression and I will...
