I ordered my daughter and her friends a large piZza to be delivered the driver never rang the bell or knocked , I got home from work this am and the pizza was left outsde on the back steps . That's not normal protocol so yeah they replaced the pizza and when I called and asked 9 hours later if the day manager had ever spoken to the night manager the night manager was wicked rude to me. I can tell you now. If this clown had simply called me back and let me know what he was planning on doing none of this would have taken place ....the night manager straight up yelled at me . I'm done with this place. I have never had a night time manager tell me bc I had no delivery instructions on my profile that dropping the pizza off in cold weather on the wrong side of the house to be sufficient. I also asked for a text or a call when the pizza arrived and got nothing. I believe I asked for the Alexa reminder . I work 3rd shift and my daughter went to bed hungry bc the delivery driver thought no instructions mean to just drop the pizza on the back steps of my house and go ?? This doesn't seem right to me at all. Last I checked the traditional thing to do with pizZa delivery is to ring the bell and hand the pizza over to a customer not leave it on steps and just drive away.. how ever I'm grateful the delivery driver has the support of his manager bc as a customer I don't feel one bit that these people who work there have their customers back or care one bit about the people that actually pay their salary...I won't be ordering from here again. I always stuck to dominoes bc it was the last of the Mohicans of pizza places. Truly one of the best in my eyes. I don't feel like they are even close to the same company bc the dominoes I know and remember cared about their customers . Enough to have some communication about a screwed up order. The day manager couldn't even get a straight answer from the night one so she just went ahead and sent me out pizza. I wanted a refund I don't eat 10 hours old cold pizza .. if the manager would have just called and confirmed what they planned on doing rather than making me read their minds I wouldn't of had to call back three times. Seriously dominoes get your shit together sometimes the customer is right. And your wrong!! Sincerely...
Read moreI can honestly say that I'm done with Dominos. The quality of the food coming out of this location has started to go downhill for a while now, and I think it's reached the tipping point for myself.
The pizza, bread and most of the time the sandwiches are delivered nice and hot or very warm. I live walking distance and upon getting my food, I check the quality of it. The pizza looks great, the breadsticks, delish, but the pasta... I mean, this was the saddest looking pasta dish from any pizza place I have ever ordered from. I have ordered pasta from other locations and it was absolutely fine.
Tonight, the pasta had clearly been layered: pasta, toppings, sauce. The dish was room temperature, luke warm at best. The sauce wasn't even warm enough to spread, it was firm. The noodles were cold, and the veggie toppings were cold, raw and crunchy. They can't even take the time to make sure the food is hot and the ingredients in it are actually cooked.
I called in and the manager to complain, which I never do, but tonight I just had to. I asked why are the veggies still raw and crunchy. Is this not put through the oven to be cooked (assuming that's how it's normally done since my food was cold.) He advised me that they get their ingredients prepackaged and they can't be bothered to sautee up ingredients and put their pastas through the oven when they have to make these orders fast, according to protocol and guidelines by corporate. I completely understand, but what I don't understand is how it even passed quality check. The manager just kept telling me "Corporate this, corporate that" instead of trying to rectify the situation.
I ended up having to finish cooking my food in the oven.
Alas, there are plenty of other better pizza places down the street. I may have to pay a bit more, but I know the quality is a lot better than a "fast food"...
Read moreOrdered a Large Hand Tossed Pizza with Premium Chicken, Pineapple, and Green Peppers, and of course what it usually comes with - Cheese and Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, and had selected the delivery as carside pickup. I had arrived at this place and parked in front of the sign that had stated that it was designed for carside pickup deliveries. The sign was placed right outside the door of Dominos so it should've been pretty easy to see my car especially when I had my headlights on, and it was about 7:30 pm so it was already pretty dark. I had texted saying that I was "here" and the text told me to "put on my hazard lights so they would be able to tell which car was mine and that one of the employees were going to bring my order out ASAP". I waited in my car for probably more than 5 minutes or so and NOBODY, absolutely no one came out and gave me my order. The door was see-through so I could see everyone inside. Some of the employees were just walking around doing nothing while others were preparing pizza. After seeing this, I was very frustrated and decided to just walk in and let the employees know. When I walked in, NO ONE paid any attention to me. The guy at the front counter was supposedly "on the phone" talking to someone and mumbling words (I have no idea if he was actually on the phone or not or just pretending to be). I saw another employee making a pizza and throwing the cheese onto it with his bare hands. Another guy was just looking at the receipts taped there, and this one guy just walked around carrying a water bottle in his hand doing nothing. After some time of waiting there, one of the employees finally greeted me and I told him that I had a carside order. Very rude. Do not go to this Domino's. The service at the Domino's at Lowell is better than this place.
Why have an option for carside pickup if you guys...
