We just moved out after 3 years of living at the factory. We were one of the earliest tenants. It is all brand new everything, with gorgeous brick walls inside and original flooring on some floors. The Factory aims to create a young, cool atmosphere with monthly lobby parties, a community garden, SUPER pet friendly and a super cool young woman Molly as your property manager. She is a text away, and the life of the lobby parties! Here we always felt we were paying good money to be taken care of by a “landlady” that felt more like a friend, as well as a wonderful maintenance man, Matt. As a young woman it’s important to me to feel safe and secure, and Matt is on salary and is the only man you will ever have in your place for maintenance, nothing like most places that just hire random strangers to come into your home. Matt is a text away to fix anything from a dead light bulb to air conditioner maintenance. You will never be neglected here. We made many friends with neighbors in the fenced in dog area. While Manchester is Manchester, and can be unsafe, at least the property itself is extremely secure, well lit, with dozens of security cameras. Plenty of grassy areas to sit and let your dog sniff. Right across the street is Elm house of pizza, a dive bar with some of the best pizza in Manchester. You can walk to the rest of elm street. The Factory distillery is right in your backyard though, and you can expect regular events there to join in on. Overall we loved it, we will miss it, and we only left because we are returning to our hometown. I highly recommend this place!

I was surprised to find this gem of a space so close to downtown Manchester. We had a team event here today. Clean and versatile space. There are beautiful Air BNB units here as well. I’ll be back!

Not sure what this place is like as a permanent residence ( I assume terrible) but as an Airbnb, this was hands down the worst experience I've ever had.... I'll preface this with the fact that I have lived here in Manchester in the past so I'm familiar with the area. I reserved the room for 3 nights for two adults (my sister in law and I) and two dogs. ( They advertised being pet friendly). The only reason I'm even back in town is because of a sudden death in the family. Literally two hours after check in; I've barely had time to see about anything related to the reason I'm here and I'm already being contacted about "pet noise".... 🤔🤔🤔 I don't understand if I already paid for them to be here, why is there any issue at all?? Anyway, I reply back and inform them why I'm here and EVEN left a courteous note on the door trying to be "neighborly".... they don't even reach back out after that.... On top of that, the room they advertised on the website wasn't even remotely close to what I got.... Not even the couch they showed me.... So the first night I slept on the tiny bench in the corner of the room... Because I had ALREADY received a complaint and was told I couldn't leave my animals unattended, I have not even slept another night in the room.... I literally paid 400 dollars to sleep in my car with my animals.... What a waste.... And to top it all off, the address doesn't truly tell you exactly where you are.... But if you know you know... It's on the East side of Manchester (queen city) where all the NEW crack heads roam.... Willow Street might sound gentrified but Hayward isn't.... And neither is this entire area... Definitely not worth booking through Airbnb... Again I can't really speak for permanent residency but for a short stay you're better off ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I LITERALLY SLEPT IN MY CAR...

The absolute best place I have ever lived! Not only are the apartments, beautiful and well-maintained. The staff are absolutely the heart of the property. Molly is so fabulous and will take care of any inquiry in a timely manner and prioritizes residents. Best personality for working with people! Matt is able to fix any issues that arise and right away without ever having to ask a second time. He is literally the best! Marlana puts her all in hosting the most unique and beautifully run events. She is so genuine and makes you want to get involved and love the venue as much as she does. If I was not moving out of state, I would’ve definitely stayed. So thankful for this team and for the opportunity I had to live at the apartments there. If you are looking for a place to live in the Manchester area, this is the absolute...
