We found A&K Appliances on a Facebook Page. Decided to finally replace our 1996 Double oven that hasn't worked in about a year. Went up with no expectations, only to see the "new" double oven they had listed. The oven was NOT new, it was clearly used. We took some time and looked around. The owners were super knowledgeable, listened and were friendly. We viewed other appliances and asked if there would be any discounts if we bought more than one. We decided to buy four appliances and they gave us a nice discount. We got the double oven, a brand new microwave, a used fridge and what we thought to be a brand new dishwasher. Our plumber later said it was NOT a new dishwasher which we clarified with Andy that they hook them up for testing. (note, they do deliver but will not plumbing hook ups). They delivered on time and installed our microwave/fridge. We needed to do some cabinetry work to fit the oven, so that was placed off to the side. They offer a 3-month warranty, which we had some door issues with the fridge and they came out to address with a technician. We also were missing some oven trim pieces which they did deliver to us at a later date. They offer "lease to own" options (Acima is the company, which I believe to be the old Rent-A-Center reborn under a new name) with an early buyout option. We for sure had some bumps along the way, adding to household stress, but I rate them as 5-Star because they WILL make it right. They will come out and service as needed, they work to ensure you get a product that will fit your needs and mostly they are willing to go above and beyond to get great ratings and grow their customer base. We didn't love what we felt was misrepresenting "new" vs "used" products, but again we are 100% satisfied with our appliances and will recommend others to shop there. We believe they truly want to have happy customers that will return and send referrals! So, with all the ups and downs we felt we had, we have NO issue giving them the highest rating and making the simple statement that no matter where folks shop, ask questions, bridge gaps and don't be afraid to talk with the owner/sales staff! I Mean, I Had A Extreme Disappointment With My Recent Experience With Lowes In Fellsway, In Medford...And Andy And The Other Associates Team @ A & K Home Appliances In Willow St, Manchester They Were Nice,,, Helpful,,, And Professional... They Delivered My Refrigerator With So Much Effort And Enthusiastic, They Even Take My Door Apart 🚪To Accommodated Me Just So They Could Get My Refrigerator Into My Apartment And Even Offered To Take Out The Trash For Me Due To My Disability.... And Kevin Offered Me A $50.00 Cash Back For A Couple Tiny--Teny Dent On My Fridge... Refrigerator Working Perfectly Fine Since The Day I Got It... I Just Wished That I Knew This Place Way Before I Went To That Place Name Lowes In Fellsway Who Had My Blood Pressure High For Two Weeks Going Back And Forth With Them Because They Fell Short To My Expectations And Couldn't Delivered What Was Promised After Taking My Time And Money Due To Their Lack Of Knowledge And Professionalism... Andy Rosario is not only a man of his word who provides impeccable service, but he also went above and beyond to ensure my washer was properly set up. He even fixed a leak we had been struggling with for years, one that we couldn’t seem to identify. I will definitely be working with Andy and A&K Appliances again. In fact, I’ll make it a point to get all my appliances from them because the service was just that outstanding. At my gym, we don’t just treat clients like clients; we treat them like family.
