Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester

I don’t usually have too much of a problem with this DD, but today was an all time low. I went in around 545p on 9/4/19. I ordered a large hot light and sweet, medium cold brew pumpkin w/ milk & sugar, and a medium iced caramel iced latte with whole milk. I repeated the order three times on the speaker, pulled up to the counter and proceeded to repeat it twice more. He handed me the iced drinks with NO ICE in them. I asked if they could be made with ice, as they are iced beverages. His response was, “oh, I didn’t know that it had ice” so he hands me the drinks back with no ice in them again. He then asks me to repeat the hot coffee order, understandably since the iced coffee ordeal took a few minutes. He hands me all three drinks, I get to my location and distribute the drinks and all three were made wrong. We returned to this location, asked for them to be remade. We presented him with a sticky note with the orders written out legibly. He proceeds to make the pumpkin CB w/o the Pumpkin again. He then attempts to make the latte FOUR more times. He again asks if these drinks need ice. We explained that since they are iced drinks, then yes please we would like ice. He did not know how to make an iced latte. I attempted to walk him through it. He presented the final product, which was a medium ice cup with no ice and filled to the brim with milk. No espresso/ no caramel swirl. We asked for a refund, and he said “I don’t know how to do that”. So we walked away with the big cup of milk and the pumpkin CB...

I am new to the area of Manchester and this location is so convenient on my way to work and the first few visits were so good I ended up shouting them out on social media because not only were they quick, my coffee was great. However that was VERY short lived so much that I feel compelled to write a review. I’m not sure if the staffing rotated or something but each of the last three times I’ve gone I had to return because my coffee was just NOT done the way I asked. Then when you return to have it done the right way because let’s face it, IM PAYING FOR IT 🙄 they have nasty attitudes and act like they don’t understand the rules on refunds. No one wants them to experiment with remaking the drink three times but they will. The workers are SO disrespectful with funky attitudes and only care about beating that clock. I just left there and I made my order and pulled up not even in one second, I go to reach for my phone to scan my rewards and the worker at the window rudely repeated my total and I stated I was opening my app to which he goes, “yea well that should be done before you pull up.” Like there’s some drive thru rule book CUSTOMERS need to follow. Anyhow my coffee was watered down, hash browns cold and old which is odd for 7am and my snacking bacon was thin pieces of paper with no maple sugar on them. I refuse to return there and am willing to take the inconvenience of driving further away than dealing with that nonsense as a paying...

This place getz checks ✅ ALL across the board!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I go just a little further for excellence!! ✨💖 Literally. There's pretty much a dunkin' donuts down the street from me, but I'm going out of my way every day to walk a block down to the GOOD Dunkin Donuts at the gas station here in Adams Street in Manchester CT. 💯 This place is what's happening.😎 Staff is friendly, professional, kind, and respectful. 🙏The few and far made a mistake and (we're all human) messed my order up, they actually OWN their mistakez here. Like WHAAAAT!?!? 🤯 They make it right and keep it real. This place getz alot of business but it's the staff that keep the people coming back not just the product. I enjoy the friendly conversations, or even just being handed my drink correctly.💖 Whatever you're looking for, you'll find it but like 3xs better here!! 🤌🤌 Becuz they are awesome and get a lot of business they often times run out of donuts earlier on. So be weary about placing mobile orders with donuts, as choice donuts run out pretty quickly here. That's not really anyone's fault. I personally would rather them be out of donuts and have them unavailable rather then hear they're wasting them and getting trashed. But hey, that's just ME. Staff is friendly, chill environment, EXCELLENT SERVICE AND AWESOME...
