If you want some amazing chocolate this is the place to go. My favorite However is their amazing vegan soft serve ice cream that you can get in a gluten free cone. My best friend has celiac disease and is lactose intolerant so it's absolutely amazing that we can both get a treat there. I know it sounds weird but it tastes amazing. There is only one reason why I'm not putting five stars. I go into the store often not all the time but enough that I know at least two women that work behind the counter the regular woman I saw wasn't there when. I went in with my mother and my best friend I was buying them ice cream as a thank you. When this new woman was handing off the first of the three cones. My mother had walked away to look at some of the chocolate so I reached for the cone in the attempt to hand it off to my mother which is when the woman recoiled her hand and glared at me like I was a petulant child trying to steal the ice cream and told me "no this one isn't for you". Honestly I was too shocked to say anything, so all I could do was notify my mother that her ice cream was ready. The woman continued to glare at me as she completed the order and I paid for the ice creams. Now I'm not saying don't go in this store. Their chocolate is stunning. What I am saying is that If you're going into the store be prepared to have your tastebuds amazed at the ice cream and chocolate. However, be prepared for a possible...

I feel that as a reoccurring costumer and as someone who has recommended them to others that I have supported them since the day I first tried them. I don't feel appreciated now that they refused to accommodate me just this one time. I know their policies about not being able to try a sample of their soft serve, which is ridiculous but I've never complained before. But when I hate a small size of their product and request that I get something else this one time (out of all the times I've been there) the least they could do is accommodate me this one time. I bought other stuff with my small ice cream so it's not like it's the only thing I got. I'm just sad to feel this way after all the support I've given them. The chocolate and icecream is otherwise amazing. It was only one flavor that I really could not stand personally.

Reply: a "portion"? I took a bite and whether or not I had, I went outside with it so you couldn't take it back no matter what. Do you think it's ok to serve things to customers after another customer had already left the store with it? Disgusting! Also I was denied samples in 2022 so maybe you need to keep all of your staff up to date instead of blaming the customer. Are you so stingy with your money that you couldn't give me a different ice cream but you could do it discounted? I ordered these on Feb. 10 from Indiana, got free shipping and they still arrived on Feb 13 (today). I didn't even ask them to send it so fast! I sent them to myself because I'm a vegan and totally into Self Love.

The chocolates arrived, and they were the cutest boxes (see picture). I ordered peanut butter melts (small box in picture), Bon Bon Truffles (silver box in picture), and the Treasured Caramels (Treasured Caramels is the biggest box, and they are in the other picture showing the actual chocolates).

Let me tell you! They are delicious! Beyond anything I could make with my skill set at home. The caramels are by far the best. The truffle ganache is also perfect, however. And the cute cats!! Need I say more? If you are vegan or love somebody who's vegan, you must try or gift these to them. I highly recommend...
