Main-Wah Kitchen — Restaurant in Manchester

I had ordered 2 lunch meals while i was at work and was told that it would take 30 to 45 minutes. About an hour and a half later my food arrived, wasn't too upset about the wait. I paid the driver and he left and then when i opened my food 1 of the orders were wrong. I called the place back and asked them for the right order and they said they would be right over. Its was already 6 o clock and where i work we close at 7 so i let them know that. They said no worries they would be there in 15 minutes. It was already 730 and they still hadn't arrived. I was very upset at this point because i still haven't eaten anything so i called them and told them i would be back for a refund on the order they had messed up. When i got there i got screamed at that i was wrong not the order. So i walked out to take a breather went back inside demanded my money which they reluctantly tossed on the counter and left. I will never order from this place again. Too much stress for just one dish that THEY messed up all to have money thrown at me and to get screamed at. If i could give them zero...

So damn rude. Driver didn’t know where the building was and instead of apologizing he thought it was okay to scream that he had other deliveries. I would never order from them again. Very rude driver and the lady who answer the phone is very rude as well. We should sign a petition to get them out of our neighborhood

It was the Chinese restaurant in the Manchester, ct in the stop and shop plaza. I ordered food a week ago. It was ur company and ur driver didn’t come to the front of the building he kept yelling in was in the parking lot and not in the front of the building is confusing to me. Why he felt the need to yell at me that he heals other deliveries because he was lost....

Very lovely customer service from the cashier to the driver and the food was super delicious. Order was taken without a problem and the pepper steak was tender and the sauce was light and flavorful. Whenever I’m in Manchester, I’ll be only ordering from here.

Had a whole 2nd review written but google never posted it. So here’s the short version, chicken dumplings was very very bad. Avoid at all cost. Boneless spare ribs and pepper steak had a different flavor entirely from what you’ll expect from these dishes.
