I'm sorry but this location has just gone down hill! I used to visiting here DAILY...4 to 6 times a day even((yes I live off of way too much coffee! Lol)). It's like hit or kiss with place..but most recently its definetly a huge Miss! My coffees are made correctly most of the time because I CLEARLY state at the drive thru speaker EXACTLY how many creams, sugars and pumps of flavor swirls I want...if you just say extra extra...most likely they are going to get it wrong. So learn what your coffee takes and ask for the specific amount when ordering...that's not the real issue though. The real issue is the employees who work here..Dunking REALLY needs to stop hiring these young punkass kids justt becau see e they may be a bit cheaper to pay!! These punks are exactly that--Punks! They dont care about you or the customer service they provide...they are there to laugh, Have fun with their co-workers and make their paychecks. And that's it! As manyyy other people have stated in these reviews- the 'children' DO NOT belong in any sort of job where the customers come first and you need to he friendly and courteous!! And even the adult employees working overnights, I get it..its overnights and that's a sucky shift but come on!! If you cannot tolerate being a least a little friendly while taking orders and making them correctly, then find a new job! Giving them 3 stars even is definetly being generous...It should be more like 2. Only reason its 3 is because it's always clean inside, it's a nice setup compared to some of the other dunks around here annd about 90% of the time my coffees are made correctly BUT AGAIN..that's most likely because I clearly state EXACTLY how many sugars, creams, and swirl pumps I want!
**NOTE TO STORE MANAGER: Hire some new responsible employees and you'll have yaself a MUCH better...
Read moreToday I stopped my first visit ever to this dunkins, and the woman at the drive thru told me to pull up, so I did. She then proceeded to give me the wrong order, when I hadn't given my order yet. So I told this, then she told me to loose my attitude. And I laughed, told her I didn't have one. She said and I quote "I can tell by your eyes that you do" she sent someone else to.serve me. So after the new cashier came, I asked for her name to file a complaint for the poor service. She then came back, started screaming that o threatened her and she was calling the police. She refused to give me my coffee (which I had paid for already) while the other cashier attempted to give them to me. I asked her to hurry up and call so i could get my coffee... and I told her after some.more screaming at me, she was f*ing nuts. She continued to scream at me, at which my point 12 year old son told her to shut up and give us our drinks. She then proceeded to scream at my (disabled) child, to shut up and learn respect (10 mins has past st this point ) So the other cashier gives me one drink, is handing the second drink to when the crazy woman pushes her causing my coffee to spill on le and all over my car. She continued to scream at me (not just yell but scream) that shes calling the police. I was mad at this point , but frankly she is obviously not mentally well. The other cashier gives me a new lid for my half empty coffee and I drive off. I stop to call the Manchester police, and was told she wanted to press trespassing charges because I threatened her. The officer was nice, while I explain what happened, and informed me.who to call, for the issues with my now screwed up speakers and Upholstery. Like wow, because she didn't like me eyes. Just glad it was an iced coffee lol. But I will never visit again. Seriously unstable...
Read moreOh my goodness!!! I am still in shock with how I was just spoken to by employee, Merimha. I am not sure how to spell the name but the other employee told me her name. I recently went through the drive through. I order a latte and the espresso wasn’t put in it. NO BIG DEAL! I’ve worked in customer service for so many years, I understand mistakes happen. So I went in and just let the counter person know that there just wasn’t the espresso in the cup. OUT OF NOWHERE, Merimha turned around and with an attitude told me that there was a new person and that I needed to relax. I replied with, “no worries. I just wanted to let her know” confused by what she said because I wasn’t even talking to her in the first place. I told her that I didn’t need the attitude from her I was just letting the counter lady know there was no espresso. She told me that I needed to “shut the f up and go back to where I came from”. I was in shock! I don’t think I have ever encountered someone like that ever in my life. I was surprised she wasn’t fired on the spot. The counter lady apologized to me over and over again. While she was taking orders through the drive through. So not only did everyone in the store heard her be so disgustingly disrespectful, but so did the people outside ordering. After the counter lady apologized, I asked for the employee’s name. I was going to let it go, but honestly, I didn’t deserve such disrespect especially when I did absolutely nothing wrong. Sorry I asked for my latte to be...
