Big Easy Bagel & Deli — Restaurant in Manchester

I am so thrilled to have found this place. I’ve been living in Manchester since 2020 and had no idea it was here. I was specifically looking for a blueberry bagel and most places don’t carry it. When I stumbled upon this place in my google search, I figured I would pop in and see what’s what!

So glad I did. They were out of blueberry bagels but offered to make one fresh for me if I didn’t mind waiting. A year ago I would have given 5 stars but since the two ladies that I used to always see working there are MIA they have fallen rapidly. I got a bagle today that was burnt in the toaster, and has literally 1/2 teaspoon on cream cheese on it. So I got a burnt dry bagel. Maybe if the two girls weren’t busy socializing then they could pay attention enough to do a simple task like toast a bagel without burning it and give a reasonable amount of cream cheese. Found this local place off google as we were in the area. Sounded promising and always prefer local spots over chain. Food itself was good and fresh however the gentleman at the counter seemed annoyed and was incredibly standoffish - it was alarming since the patron in front of us was clearly a regular and the entire interaction was completely different than what we experienced.
