KFC — Restaurant in Manchester

I went to KFC in Manchester Tn for dinner. After entering and going to the counter I was the only person there. I waited at least ten minutes before I was acknowledged and another five before the girl came to the counter to take my order. There was one other couple with three kids behind me in line by this point. I gave my order and paid the almost $50 for our meal. I waited and waited and watched the people get their food and leave. I finally got mine, half an hour later. Get it home and some of the order is missing. I called eight times before I got an answer and I was told to bring the receipt and food and they’ll replace the entire order. I gave them the food and receipt and one of the workers refunded my money. I was waiting there because they told me the order would be replaced. 15 minutes later I get asked what I’m waiting for. I replied “my food” then the lady who refunded my money stated “you ain’t getting the food because I refunded your money” and I said “I was told on the phone that the order will be replaced” and she kept saying “I refunded your money” I said I want the food replaced and she informed me I would have to get at the end of the line. After I waited half an hour the first time and THEY screwed the order up but yet expected me to wait in line for a second time?! Their food isn’t that good and their service is horrible! Couldn’t pay me enough to ever eat at...

Slow, untasty, and made me feel uneasy. I go inside , I have a hard time at the register, with a rude patron, acting like he’s on Sally . With no quality request of the server for the man to move over for 2-3 minutes after he ordered. I make my order, uneasily. I order 2 spicy chicken sandwiches one being a combo. Shirts untucked also, dirty looking also on the job. Sandwiches were obviously not fresh as I saw her grab them out of the already made bin. They sit there as she walks around with an unaware attitude. 10-12 minutes later she brings them to me at the counter says “enjoy”. I take them to my table they were , Luke warm at best and thin. I eat them anyways because I don’t want to be standoffish. As I leave I simply say, “ I’ve had better KFC”. I get a disrespectful “Popeyes is always open”…. I don’t say a word until I get to my car , other than the last things I quoted here…. That’s annoying… 15 dollars not worth the trouble. 6 customers inside the damn store including myself. How...

Eehhh. Mostly run by teenagers. Far from nasty but alarmingly unkept looking. Dust on window trims and railings. Bathroom was flooded. Smelled clean and food looked well prepared. Food bar was messy ( big crumbs, mixed food, and greasy hand prints everywhere) and pretty much empty at 4pm on a Monday. Had to wait for a lot of key items, like chicken. But it didn't take long, was well prepared and the little girl who served it was polite. It is what it is. Teenagers don't see dust in corners or notice greasy hand prints everywhere. The tables and floors looked good. The kids working were indeed busy the whole time. Food tasted fine. I'll continue to dine there my regular 2 or 3 times a year. If you're greatly offended by a little disarray and delays you probably won't find this place to your standards. But this is KFC and an $8 buffet. You get what...
