Bojangles — Restaurant in Manchester

OMGoodness.... My husband and I went there to eat inside last night and it was organized chaos. We ordered and went and sat down. First, it was freezing in there and so many people were shivering and went and retrieved jackets from their cars along with some blankets. When asked to turn up the thermostat we were told they did not have control over the temp. We waited for a long time and I looked around to count that 20 other people had not received their food yet and were complaining to each other. Well, I took it upon myself to go up to the front to tell someone and I was told by the manager, who seemed totally distraught, that dark meat takes priority and people had ordered alot of dark meet through the drive thru. I saw alot of employees just standing around. Then the manager came to the dining area and announced that there were alot of orders at once and that her friers were working as fast as they can. Well we waited 10 more minutes and food started coming out to people who were last to order and people who were there first still did not receive their food. When people started receiving their food it was the wrong order but they kept it because they did not want to have to wait any longer. Then when we went to get sweet tea it was not sweet tea and it was regular. I heard an employee tell another table that she and other employees tried to help the manager but the manager told them to back off she will handle it all. Well, this place needs some major training since it just opened up. Manager is not a good manager, it is dirty in there, chaotic and unprepared. I am not typically a fan of leaving negative reviews, but this Manchester location is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. we have been coming here fairly regularly for years. We only come back because we genuinely love the chicken sandwiches and the fries but the service has been rapidly declining with every visit. The workers always either don't ackowledge you at all, looked confused, or as if you're bothering them by being in there. And the last couple visits they've been out of basic things.. Hot sauce, ketchup, tomatoes.. OR we've had to wait for things to be cooked, takes 10-15 minutes or so and that's IF they don't FORGET YOU'RE IN THE DINING AREA WAITING FOR YOUR FOOD which is what happened to us today!! We ordered chicken sandwiches and fries at 11 o'clock! Would be different if we needed an extra large order right before they closed?! we were the ONLY people inside, there were 5 workers that we could see and it took them at least 10 mins to even come up to take our order at all, then we watched several drive thru orders and FOUR inside orders that came in about 20 mins after us, get their food and leave, so we just left! THIS IS JUST UNBELIEVABLLY RIDICULOUS! we will NEVER be back to...

This service was horrible. We ordered two number 9 combos, deluxe one no Mayo, one with fries one with Mac n cheese, sweet tea and Dr Pepper to drink. After going through the line and getting our food rather quickly we noticed they gave and rang us up for the wrong food. No biggie. But then we proceed to go back tell them the mistake nicely and wait for our fixed food. They bring out one sandwich and after I ask nicely for the other sandwich, the cashier rudely said okay and walked away. Now we wait 20 minutes for our other chicken sandwich that never came. They closed the lobby so I had to walk up to the drive through window keep knocking because they employees just stare at me until a manager comes to the window. Tell her that our issue is still not resolved. The managers blames my for the mistake quoting “I thought you said grilled” and said I’ll make you another one. And after all that we still did not get the correct food. To say this service was a disappointment would be an understatement. I will not be going back to this business again. Very...
