Kyushu Ramen & sushi(Sushi AYCE ) — Restaurant in Manchester

This was a decent looking place. Sushi was mid tiered and presented on very nice plates. Pricing is fair. Nice fish tank! The service made me genuinely upset.

I have never had service like this.

My main gripe with this place was that my server was a lady who made ordering feel like it was an inconvenience to her. I ordered hot sake and asked how large the flask was and she was mocking me by showing it was to the ceiling. I asked a simple question. I wanted to order a second round of sake plus more apps...but she made it feel like an inconvenience by giving attitude when dropping of the first round and appetizers.

She kept making similar "jokes" that made me feel belittled and uncomfortable. Like scoffing with sarcastic attitude if I wanted a takeout box for my soy sauce cup, ginger, and garnishes.

You can't make this up, I couldn't wait to leave and I will not be...

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Kyushu Ramen (2 days ago)When I called to place my order, the woman on the phone repeatedly asked me and confirmed if I wanted everything spicy, which I did. I also asked for certain things in my soup, like spinach and corn, but when I got my order, those were missing.

I purchased the spicy beef ramen, and the broth was completely bland with absolutely no flavor –which is shocking because their ramen is usually amazing. I also ordered the spicy edamame, and it was really hard and just didn’t taste good at all.

The sushi was some of the best I’ve had—perfectly balanced with high-quality ingredients. The ramen was rich and comforting, with a broth that was packed with depth and umami.
