Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet — Restaurant in Manchester

NOT A KIDS FRIENDLY ENVIROMENT( after they have replied to my concern, i truly believe think before bringing your kids to this place. TIP IS CHARGED AS A BILL, i was at the resturant with my family, and after 1 hour the waiter brought the bill even though we were still eating, even though its a 3 hr buffet time. i took the recipt the waiter tip her self 18.50$ tip. on top of that she scrumbled with a pen so i can not see it, i calculated and ask her the math doesnt seems right and if its a tip is something thats optional or depends on the customer how much she wants to pay. she call the manager. and manager start yelling that its on the front of the resturnat thats its mandatory that you will have to pay the 15%. i asked her can you please show me the sign. she brought me to this poster that didnt mention that its suppose to be 15%. very politely i told her i am not refusing to pay the tip to the waiter but its should be complelety upto me how ever much i want to pay. horrible customer service . will never recommend to go again. if they demaning a tip that a customer has to pay then it should be added to bill. it should never be called a bill. i would say just increase you prices. i really wanted to reply to your review answer. i never said i didnt wanted to pay tip, i said it should be upto the customer what ever they wanted to pay. i am pretty sure you have camera somewhere that should have recording of the conversation. i explained it very nicely to the front and the waiter stuff i would like to pay with my happiness its shouldnt be force full. the waiter has no right to put on my recipt how much she want i want to pay tip. I love this returant and i always come with my family on special occasion and so was today a special occasion. beside that you said we made a lot of mess. yeah we had four kids ofcourse kids make mess and if you have any policy to not bring kids then have it so people dont...

Very disappointed with the quality of service lately...:(. We used to come here quite often and usually the service and food were good, but lately its been a whole new story since the pandemic struck: waitresses are not as nice, especially one petite Asian girl with short hair. She's been iffy with me when I tried to get food for myself and I was confused with the sings they had, telling you which way to go. Supposedly, I went the wrong way and she wasn't too nice about telling me which way to go (not to mention I could barely understand her English because of the accent)... More so, she turned to another waitress standing nearby and said something in Chinese about me, I could just tell it's something bad... I spoke to the manager about her behavior, he promised to have a talk with her. Whether he fulfilled his promise or not I don't know, at least he was very accommodating, that's why I am leaving 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. I think they are taking this corona situation to a whole new level: just because a person goes right instead of left doesn't mean they are protecting themselves and others, after all, everybody sits and eats in the same fecinity without their masks on, the same air circulates through the restaurant, so how does that help stop the virus?? This is ridiculous!!! I won't be coming back anymore, the food quality dropped anyway, I agree with some of the comments about that. But most importantly of all, they need to hire new, nicer waitresses, preferably Americanized Asian girls, who speak perfect English! No offense, but some of the Asian girls who work there not only are rude, but don't even speak English! As an immigrant myself who has been in the US long enough, it just doesn't make sense to me how they don't learn how to speak it so people would actually...

I'm satisfied with the food Your typical buffet food. They replace empty trays quick. YES THEY HAVE COCONUT FRIED SHRIMP. They need to get the stickers right. It might say shrimp..yet it's hibachi chicken. Lol. Or they need to post if it's hot spicy. Alot of wasted food I didn't eat because it was too spicy. Love the THAI PEANUT BUTTER GINGER CHICKEN BUT WHY THEY MADE IT SPICY I DONT KNOW. IT RUINED IT FIR ME. THREW IT OUT. DUMINGS ARE NOT THE GOOD BEEF ONES. ITS NASTY PUREED CHICKEN..LIKE CAT FOOD. OTHERWISE.. GOOD hibachi chicken..chicken and broccoli and beef and broccoli. Crab Rangoon petrified. So overcooked and hard could not bite into the bottom. I wish they had a soft ice-cream machine. Garbage icream in cup containers. Great salad bar and seafood. Fish wuth cheddar cheese different but good. It's actually imitation crab meat. The biggest issue is pricing. They jacked up the price 3x in a year. It was 10.95 than 12.99 than 14..now its 17.99! This is a buffet. Not a regular restaurant. 17.99 to 25 fine for LONGHORNS BUT 17.99 PLUS 3.00 FOR SODA! THERE GOAL IS 20.00 PER PERSON. That's ridiculous if you have a family. I don't have kids but I can hardly see spending 80 for a family of 4. I'd rather sit on a nice restaurant. 3.00 is nervy fir soda. That shoukd be a given wuth your meal. At a buffet..soda so filled with carbonation to fill u up...I see 99 cents to 1.50. They went from 1.50 to 1.99 now it's 3.00! Just get water. Than u can eat more food. Water is free...at least fir now. When u get home...pop the pepto bismol. Good food but the next day..you'll suffer! But...
