I went through the drive-thru I really had my heart set on a strawberry shake. the man at the drive-thru said we don't have strawberry only chocolate or vanilla. I was really bummed out. I asked him if he could possibly throw in maybe an apple pie for the inconvenience of not having my favorite shake. the man that took my money at the window said that shouldn't be a problem and had me pull forward. When I got to the second window I mentioned that the man said it was okay to have an apple pie for the inconvenience of not having strawberry shake. The man at the second window was very very rude said we do not give out free food. I then said it's not free food sir it's for the inconvenience of not having the item mentioned on your menu. He said sorry we don't do that I said are you a manager he said no and then said my manager told me to tell you that. I'm thinking really? The manager couldn't come out and tell me that himself. Needless to say I did not get this apple pie that I was told I would get for my inconvenience. I think this McDonald's is very rude bad customer service the food was awful I do not recommend this place. It used to be really amazing I've been going here since I was a kid. Read moreI work overnight and will often stop at this McDonald’s to get food and I never had any issues with the overnight staff. If there was an item missing or a mistake they would fix it right away but recently service has gone down. I’ve had an issue with the same employee tall black dude who will take my order at the drive thru. As I’m ordering I see my order is correct on the screen but the second I get to the window an item is gone. Tonight is the second time the employee made the same mistake. I order, screen shows me everything I just said and again I get to the window with a different employee who I’m assuming is new repeat my order and AGAIN I’m missing an item. The employee at the window was nice enough to add my fries but then who I’m assuming is a manager said to me “We don’t do add ons at night.” I never asked for an add on I LITERALLY told the guy taking my order I wanted fries with my order and SAW on the screen that he put everything i just said on the screen, so why is it that when i pull up to window I find out an item is missing?

Read moreNormally I am quite pleased with the quality of the food here (although I buy mostly iced coffee) the past couple visits were very disappointing. The common denominator is the young lad who served me at the drive through window. I always order my coffee using the mobile app and usually the person filling the order gets it right. This young gentleman however, did not give me the sugar free vanilla iced coffee that I ordered. Instead, he gave me regular iced coffee with sugar. Upon arriving the next time at the window I noticed it was the same gentleman who got my order wrong the previous time, so I asked him if he had made a sugar free vanilla and he replied that he did...HE DIDN'T! Again I got a regular iced coffee with sugar. The fact that he got the order wrong (twice) and then lied about it when asked, has caused me to take my business elsewhere. Fortunately, there are several in my area, so it won't be much of an inconvenience to me. Please take this complaint as an opportunity to provide some much needed training to your clearly incompetent...
